this number called would not identify what company they worked for accused me of fraud and forgery threatning me saying they would call local police and my employer somehow they had my last four didgets of my SS when I called them back and informed them they were being reported they hung up

My daughter got a threatening phone call about a loan she got and didn't repay. She doesn't have a loan in her name out there,but she was threatened with being arrested at work or home. I don't appreciate this measure of treatment of my child. Don't let it happen again this is a lie and harassment.

I had gotten 15 calls from this number saying they were going to Sue me if I don't pay back my loan. But the funny thing is I don't have a loan. I am 6 months pregnant and don't need the stress of these [***] trying to get money out of me. I am waiting to file a report with Sacramento county sheriff's now. I hope they catch these waist of space people.

I have been getting calls from this number all day saying they are Mike and Johnson law firm and I'm being sued for a loan I took out but never paid. I never took a loan out but my dad works for the sheriff so he is determined to find these people and put a stop to their crap. All we need to do is not give them anymore info then they already have like our last four ssn. I don't know how they got that but they will be stopped soon.

This number called & left a voicemail on my phone saying something about call back or have mi attorney call. I don't know what the call was all about, but when I called back. I got no answer, they don't even have a voicemail. It jus rings and then hang up... I really don't appreciate this & the man said his name was. John if I'm not mistaken

these people called us at 6:45 A.M. while we were still in bed and wouldn't even identify themselves. I told them what time in the morning it was and they tried to continue the call. I hung up and they called back 5 mins later. The best thing is they were calling for somebody that isn't even a member of my family.

these people call my job and my phone hang up or say they are attorney generals office but their full of crap i work for a law firm, and what their doing completely violates our rights!

They called and left a message. Caller said for me or my attorney to call. Identified themselves as state attorney generals office.  These people need to go to jail!!!!! They identified me o my with my cell phone number.  Call is out if California.

I received a call from a Mark at work stating I need to contact Logan Fernandez at 916-243-5985 pertaining to a debt.  The first time I called the number it beeped no ring.  I waited a few minutes tried again and then a guy answered by saying Hello I told him I needed to speak with Logan he proceed to tell me he was with the  CA State Attorneys office and they were filing criminal charges against me on behalf of a company called Cash Advance.  He went into telling me I was going to be arrested and my accounts suspended.  They even left a very mean message on my chief's voice mail also ended the message by sayg Good Luck and God Bless.  I have contacted the local police and filed a report cause they have my DOB and SSN which they recited to me not me to them.  Likely I hang up cause I was rather upset by the call.  The information they have access to is offered per the public record database. I contact my father in-law whom found this information and provided me with the link to read for myself.  This is very sad everyone needs to be aware of this.

yes this number has been calling my work n my cell. many times a day. my job is on the line now, because of this caller. and funny when i listen to the messages on my voice mail there is a lot of voices in the background. there is beeping in the background. besides it cuts in and out. the man on the first voice mail sounds very foreign.

Hi Debra I just got that same exact call. I knew that was something fishy going on with this beeping in the back ground and the call keep cutting in and out. I cursed this guy out and told "DON'T EVER" call my phone again or I will get the arthority on on case.  I don't think that they will be calling again.

I got a call stating the same thing <over something that's 12 yrs old!! We should have something done about these idiots all together ou know this just is not right at aii I am sick and tired of being tired of this!! tomf

I too have been called by these people. My place of employment as well. They said I had a cash day advanced and when I threatened them to go ahead and sue me I would provide all the information of bank statements and so on they hung up. They then proceeded to call back and threaten me with taking me to court and taking my home. I then told  CHRIS,HARRY,MIKE or whatever name they gave me that I had contacted the labor board , Attorney Generals office , my lawyer and the police dept, they called me an IDIOT! I proceeded to tell them I was suing them for idenity theft and fraud.I have also contacted every police dept in California that this number comes up!!!

This is exactly the same thing they told me!! I contacted my law enforcement agency and reported fraud and identity theft and every police dept in California that this number came up.

Same thing happened to me today the got me . But his name was Kevin Peter and he want as far as giving me a case number. I filed a police report I hope these people get caught.

I received a phone call today from this number a man named Joseph Daniel who had a VERY thick foreign accent left a voicemail saying "as soon as you hear this message call back immediately and if you don't call back good luck" I admit I was a little afraid because I do have a payday loan that I haven't paid off yet, however yesterday I contacted the payday loan reps and set up a payment arrangement. The Joseph Daniel guy told me I would go to prison for 6 months and would have to pay back $2,000 plus $304.00, I really didn't appreciate them threatening me like this if they call again I will be filing a police report.

These people from this number has been constantly calling me lately after I went online to apply for a payday loan but changed my mind before completing the information.  After doing so they started calling me and accusing me of getting money from them after they sent it to my account and I needed to obtain a attorney.  I then reverse the whole conversation and started acquiring information from them about revealing who (company) they are and where they was calling from.  Only then did they hang the phone up on me.
