These people wont stop calling,  at least twice a day.
I have told them to stop and they are ruthless

Got a call from this number on 10/9/14.  The woman asked for somebody by name.  She had an American accent.  I told her she had the wrong number. She asked if I was a California homeowner.  I told her that I do not take telemarketing calls.  She got and attitude and said that this was not a telemarketing call (she sounded mad).  Then she went on to say something about removing my number but by this point I was hanging up on her. I guess if I had to work as a telemarketer I would be pretty pissed too.  :)  

These people will not stop calling, even after we have told them we are not interested.
Very annoying.

These people call occasionally and hang up when I answer slowly. If I answer they try to sell me solar. If it was any good I'D BE CALLING THEM! No thanks!
