Scam pretending to be the IRS

There saying they are the irs and have an urgent matter that needs taken care of

Said that they were the IRS

Same # just called again. " From Internal Revenue Service and the hotline to my division is 916-246-1087. I repeat it's 916-246-1087. Go disregard this message and do return the call before we take any action against you. Goodbye."

Called twice said they were IRS

Just got a call from this number for the 3rd time today, when I called it back it was some kind of call center, definitely NOT the IRS and "Jeff" who answered the phone definitely didn't sound like his name was really Jeff, if you get what I mean.  Total scam.

Says urgent call from IRS, return call before they take action. Scam artist!!

These people have been calling me everyday, total scam, saying they are the IRS

I also got this call saying they are from the IRS .. Figured it was a scam & blocked the number from calling my cell phone.. exact same number showed up on my cell as well.. 916-246-1087 says they are the IRS its a recording saying the same thing .. Ticks me off these jerks have my cell number.. I knew it was a scam beings I get SSDI & NO WAY would I owe the IRS so watch your backs cause it is a scam ....

I have been getting phone calls from them left and right as well, I looked up the number and I start reading these comments I am glad I didn't give them any information. I had a feeling it was a scam. Doesn't the irs usually send you something in the mail first if its that important?

Been calling my phone 2x/day. Sounds like the caller on the recording is dying! Saying their the IRS.  I know they are not. Wish they'd stop calling
