Keeps calling me for no reason, have no clue why, they even call my job.

Called me at work told me they would send the cops to get me arrested. I called back for company name and address and they responded with State Attorneys office 123...and followed that with profane language...UGH!!

Dont no who they r. Keep calling and threating me. Talking about if they dont here from my attorney then they feel sorry for me.

I have received this call on my business phones stating that i needed to call them or have my attorney to call them or i will be sorry.  Some foreigner who can barely speak proper English.  I call them back and tell them do not leave any messages on my machine.  They wanted to know if i was the person i said who did you call.  So since i would not tell them who i was they said forget it.  He claim is names is Andrew Vincent.  

His exact words from my Vonage answering service email for missed calls "I need for you or your retain attorney off record to return call.  The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive.  The he states his name.  Don't try to disregard this message and do return the call now.  If you for you to call me back. but if don't hear  from you i feel sorry for you."

Got a call from them asking for my attorney information and they had my full social security number. was told that if i didn't pay they will have me in court and doing jail time.

got several calls from this number, says my social security  number is in play and that I need my attorney to call them back, a person name Getty Foster, east Indian accent, could hardly understand this person) threatned me three times in two days and even called husband's cell phone....they are private numbers...told me the sherrif/marshal will arrest me....two 916 numbers involved from loomis ca, probably not from there, any where in the world...scumm colllectors and they should be arrested..hopefully they are reading this now..reported to FTC and they call cell phones...

I also got a call from this number. Said he was from an attorney and I should have my attorney call this number.  Said his name was Gary Foster and this was time sensitive.

Called and hung up without saying a thing, no clue why.  Looked it up and found out the number was in use by scammers.  I wonder if there's some totally-legal way to track these guys down.

I received calls from this so-called company as well. They say that I took out a loan a couple of months ago. They say that I owe and that they will have me arrested wherever I was at. Also said that I may get fined for 10,000 to 20,000 dollars. And the guy could barely speak English. What a joke.

Hey same here but now they are calling from 545 number saying theu was callin the court house to he arrested an now they are harrssing me an wont stop they dont even read u ur rights or nothing it is a hige scam an i am contacting my local police department

They called me just today and left a message on my work phone. They told me I or my attorney do not call back immediately they wish me luck. This is a major scam to get you ssn and other private information. I have also tried to answer whn they call and they just hang up. Do not be fooled, "James Martin" is not his real name. LOL. It is probably Apu Nahasapeenapeppalon. It is a shame, these people should be arrested and locked up.

This number keeps calling over and over again.  This certainly looks like criminal activity across state lines.  As such I believe that it is the responsibility of the FBI to run this down (they certainly have the needed resources which the layman does not have) and initiate any appropriate prosecution in the federal court system.

I have received this same message on multiple occasions.  Never uses the same name but the basic message is exactly the same.  I called them back once and the guy started yelling at me when I asked what they were calling about.  These people really need to be stopped.

Keep getting calls from this number stating I need to retain an attorney, that I'm going to be arrested for non-payment of payday loans (which I never, ever took out)!  Told them if they continued to call and harass me, I would go to my local police department and file a complaint against them.  They hung up.

i called called from this number 916 259 9447 and when i called back and told the guy it was a false claim against me he said hope you have fun getting arrest and hung up. I called back and the gentlemen said dont call me back and hung up. Everytime i call they just pick up and hang up. Dudes are bored out their minds and have nothing else to do. Bothering people who work and have better things to do

got a call from this number, didnt answer, got the voicemail saying if i do not call back in a timely manner then so help me god for the bad things that are going to happen. i called back asking for Michael Brown. . the "attorney" that called me. The guy that answered refused for me to talk to him. I then said I want to know the matter of this call, he said he needed my attorney. I said if it involves me and you know my last 4 of my social I deserve to know, he said I applied for payday loans and since i didnt deny them they are after me for 300$. I said i never applied for a payday loan, I have a job and my husband is military, we are fine money wise. He then said well you will be going to jail unless you can pay this now or get your attorney. I said this was a scam, I never applied for nor recieved any payday loan. He then got really mad at me and said Well then I will have you arrested, see you in court, and hung up on me. . . this is just stupid really!

Got a call from this number.  I know it's a scam.  I called back and before the person can even speak up, I told him not to call me no  more and it's a scam. Then I called back again and told the guy the same thing.  I will call again later and will keep on calling until they stop.  If what they are saying is true, each one of us should have received a registered mail, letter coming directly from court.  Anyone who gets another call from this number, give them a dose of their own medicine.

Were you able to get any information on them?? I just received a phone call and it is everything you just said.

Received call from this 916-259-9447 stating they were from the FL State Attorney office (LIE)...and that I had 3 felony charges that were outstanding (LIE) and they were sending authorities to my location (LIE). The guy said his name was Chris Miller and started yelling and cussing at me. I reported them to the FTC...placed a tracking notification on my credit report with Trans-union (they report to the other ones). This is really sad that they can get your information and stalk you like this.
