I received two calls from this number. First time, no message. The second time they did leave a recorded message wanting me to call back a toll free number to take a survey about a cell phone I recently purchased at an AT&T store. I don't do surveys.

2 calls.  Yesterday and today, no voice or recording.  Caller I.D. said ATT.  Reverse lookup shows land line in Sacramento Ca.  I did just buy a cellphone from an ATT Store and the lady said I might get a call surveying her performance...

I got two calls from this phone number 916-313-4200. They didn't leave a message. I don't know anyone in the 916 area code. When I saw the caller id where the last part of the number was "4200", I figured it must be from a business phone number. Then I googled the phone number and saw this page and other similar pages that said this was for a AT&T survey for people who bought an AT&T cell phone. Goddamn telemarketer survey takers. What a bunch of no good scum they all are.

Good God, the call was coming in to my Skype telephone number on my laptop. I don't have an AT&T cell phone. I have a Skype phone number on my laptop and if I don't answer on my laptop then the call get forwarded to my cell phone which is NOT an AT&T cell phone. What the hill is wrong with these people?!?!

Fortunately, I'm able to put a block on the 916-313-4200 survey number via Skype. And I should not get anymore of their idiotic intrusive phone calls anymore. Telemarketers should all go to hell.

Its just atnt wanting you to do a survey nothing big

I wouldn't have bought their phone if I knew they would keep calling me with no one there.  And I am not that happy with their service either.  Their clerks promised things they couldn't deliver.  If they ever call and actually talk to me they are going to get an ear full.
