    I've been getting calls from this number as well.  Caller id shows it's from Fair Oaks, but they do not leave a message.  Probably the same caller that shows in Caller id as Antioch, phone number (925) 350-7594.  Both have recently started calling about the same time.  Most likely a scam, a disreputable charity, a survey or someone that doesn't really need to talk to you unless you pick up the phone.
