I got a call from this number that showed on my cell phone as "unvailable number".  A message was left stating his name was David Kennedy and that I should call them and have my attorney present.  I recognized this male voice that had called previously claiming to be an Officer Danny Foster and he stated he was going to send the police to my house.  Being that I am a law abiding citizens and do not owe or is in debt with any creditors these calls don't bother or scare me.  So I know they are scams artists.  The other thing is if you're behind or owe on a bill they don't send the police after you.  Maybe you'll get served to appear in court because the creditor is suing you, but sending the police come on now, people please have some common sense.  Please don't be fooled by these CONS.

Let me tell you how these people are getting your information.  If you have ever applied for a loan online they have tapped in and retrieved your info.  Be very careful about information you put out there online.  I know this is how they got my info because when I went online just to see how the online loans worked, I used a fake name along with an old address that I lived at 10 years previously.  So to prove to me they had the right person they threw this false info back in my face and that let me know they were fake.  They were claiming I owed a payday loan in which I never received because I gave all the wrong information except I used my correct cell phone number.  So knowing that, I definitely was not intimated by them.

I got a call as well from this number, the people on the other end all of heavy foreign accents and claim to be calling from Morgan and Associates Law Firm.  They proceeded to give me info about myself such as my SSN and said I had a law suit filed against me.  I too know that I don't owe anyone so when I told them that I know they were scammers and that I had reported this number to the FTC, my local police and had also googled this number and know for a fact they were CONS.  The guy began calling me a [***] and hung up.

Don't let these people get you.

Now his name is Greg Miller, on Friday it was Mike Johnson. I just do not answer the phone anymore if I do not recognize the number calling me. his English is getting better, though, and he did end the message wihiung me "God bless".
