robo call beware total scam they leave computer voice call back number no other info don't answer this call. its a scam.

Got to calls today from this number. A recorded message says "this is Molly from Apple support" and says my iCloud ID may have been compromised. They want me to call an 800 number.

Over the past week I have received 6 calls from this number. It is a recorded message telling me my iCloud account has security problems and I need to call an 800 number before using any of my devices. The first time I received the message I called the 800 number. I was connected to a very loud call center and the rep could not hear me. I hung up and called Apple support. I was told this was a phishing scam.

Received 3 calls from this number in two hours. Directed me to call 800-203-1551 for  apple support assistance.  This is a scam

We, too, received two calls from this number.  The caller ID location is Folsom, CA, and the rep introduced himself as James.  He did have an accent perhaps from India or somewhere in Middle East; so I bet James was not really his name.  He told me that my icloud may have been compromised.  When I "played along" and questioned him a bit (and came right out and asked if this was another trick like Windows Operating System, he tried to assure me otherwise.  He said I could go to any apple store and they can also help me look into whether my device had any malware on it.  I told them I'd rather "fix it" at an apple store than via a rep over the phone.  He was polite.  So, if it is a phishing scam, they are trying hard to make it look legit.

This number 916-461-5105 was on my caller ID about 10xs. Googled it and it took me to this website. Thank you all for your information on this number being a Scam!!
