got a call from 916 468 0473 stating that i had a payday loan out with an on line ez cash and had all my info ssn address said they were a law firm and that i had 3 charges against me and that the 300 was now 800 and if it goes to court it would be 6000 what is that about crazy stuff

Same thing happened to me.  I was told the exact same story.  A person with a strong foreign accent called and left a message.  I had alot of trouble getting the call to complete - took several tries.  Finally got thru (person calling me was not available) and  I was told (by another person with a strong foreign accent)this was a law firm (which sounded like a call center).  I was told that I had an internet loan that I didn't pay back and that 3 charges where being filed against me.  I have NO nor have I had any internet loan(s) and this scared the HELL out of me.  After talking with the bank, attorney and law enforcement, I firmly believe this is a scam.  Guess and I will wait to see what happens.

I keep getting phone calls from this number and they are harrassing me saying that my fiancee owes them money for an advance that he never got. I asked them to stop calling and that it was harrassment and I hang up and they wont stop calling. I asked them to send us information in writing if they had proof of any of this and then he tried getting my email address.

I got the same phone call today four times in a row.   He left 3 messages.  He said his name was Paul Walker in a very thick accent.  That either I or my atty needed to call him back.  That it was a time sensitive issue and that I had better not ignore the call.  I will be watching my credit report and my bank acct.  If he continues to call I will be calling the local police to report him.  For the record I don't owe money to anyone that would cause them to call and threaten any type of law suit.  If anyone else gets more info on this person, please post and I will too.  Maybe we can do something against this so called company.

Same here on the (916) 468-0473 and they somehow called my brother in-law...Goes to show you how freely information is exchanged or stolen for miss-use on the internet...I called them and ripped them a new one after they called my wife and brother in law looking for me but never called me directly...Total scam....

My message said he was Jack Marshall - same thing though threatening messages from strong accented men.

getting calls form this number saying there a legal dept and i am being sued for $5068.00. for a payday of $565.00 loan i never received and they are pressing charges on me for theft and money laundering if i don't pay them right now and fax them a letter saying i own them and a copy  of my I.D.if i dont reply with them  they will take me to court and i will be arrest!

The exact same thing happend to me this morning, the same way everyone is describing. Thick middle east accent saying the exact same stuff. I took out a loan for 300 and I didn't pay it back now I can settle for 800 or go to court and pay 6000 not including attorney and bail. This place is a totally scam and I'm glad this site is here to help people

Same here.. I got several calls from Jack Marshall and Shawn Woods stating that i owe $5600 but that they would settle for $1134. Also stated that I had 3 charges that are being filed against me. They wanted me to write a statement stating "That I promise thar I would not do this kind of stuff in the future" and fax them my id and include my email address. Then they will let me know who I owe.

i've been receiving the same threatening phone calls after which i called the number and was refused any info regarding the company without first providing my own personal info, i immediately reported this SCAM to my state attorney general, and FBI as well as California's attorney general. i then felt secure enough to contact the company and provide my fone#. i was very very polite so as to obtain as much info as the man could possibly give me. he advised me that a company called "ez cash 300" (payday loans) is suing me b/c they deposited 300.00 into my bank acct in july of last year 2009, and i failed to repay it. he proceeded to tell me that the orange co. sherrif's dept will be physically issuing a subpoena to my address (which is is in a state on the other side of the country) on tuesday morning. he said i would need to make any dispute regarding this claim to my local court house after i have been subpoena'd. the scary thing is that they know my full name, work and cell fone#'s, physical add, ss#, and the name of my bank.....the only consolation is that i no longer live at the address and the bank acct is no longer active. i have proof of my bank acct transactions in case this subpoena ever actually materializes. i advise anyone affected by this harassment to report it to every active government agency you can find.

Hey this is one big scam , hang up on them.  They said 3200.00 was wired to my bank account last year and i now ower 5800.00 and would send the cops to my house on monday and I would just see what will happen if I think they are fraud scammers.  I went to my bank and looked at all entries for last yr and this year and never have I had any wires of funds to my account.  The bank manager called them and they backed off and said they dont threaten people like that, well John sure did with me!!!  I put their number on silent so I wont have to get anymore harrassing calls from the scammers....

This was the number provided by a gent with a very thick Eastern Indian accent who stated he was an Attorney named Jack Marshall.  He possessed my SSN & something that sounded like my e-mail addy.  He claimed there were allegations to be brought in a suit against me, based on my "never bothering" to pay back a loan with a company called "ezcash" whom I very well may owe.  He claimed that my balance was in the amount of 400 something dollars and that I had received 16 e-mails from them and that they would be taking me to court for "check fraud" and things of this nature, to the tune of $3000 something dollars.  He did claim to be calling from Dallas, Texas area, which follows with the area code, but again, the number came up on MY phone as "unknown."Caller: Attorney Jack Marshall w/ ?

I am so glad I looked these people up...because apparently they are usinig different numbers, a supposed "Jack Marshall" called me today harassinig me and telling me all this legal mumbo-gumbo; with a very strong accent, talking about some unpaid payday loan.  This time they called from 510-722-6050.  Oh I can't wait for him to call me again...I got some news for them...

Been sued for 1245.65..  DOCKET NUMBER  93ALSIYA041287... For a payday loan i never got???  What do you think?

I got a call from Shawn Woods saying the same thing. The number was 469-322-9962, I wish someone would find this guy and take care of him - he is one rude man.
