This number will call you if you've applied for a pay day loan. They ask you if you want a loan with them and if you say no they tell you that they will deduct $200 from your checking account as a loan cancellation fee. It's not true. The individual(s) who call have a very thick middle eastern accent and will call and call and call. I've gotten them to stop only by confronting them and telling them it's a scam. Also, I believe they use some sort of device that makes it appear like they are calling from different areas around the country. They are always middle eastern and always very rude and threaten violance.

Stop harassing

They called my job telling my manager that I had a warrant out for my arrest. So not cool. All to find out that it's a pay day loan scam.

They did this to me as well.  Claiming they were from the California Attorney Generals office

This should be against the law to call & say your the Attorney General & you have a warrant out for my arrest. I didn't & won't take a loan out with them.

They are calling my cell and my work. Told my boss she had better take a message and make sure I get it or they would come after her next for withholding information. Very scary. Had to pull up this information to show her it was a scam. It scared her a lot.

Edward Marshall just called me and stated i had criminal charges against me and my social security. I told him i did not know what he was talking about and he said "if you would shut your mouth and listened you would know" i told him he was very rude and hung up. He called back asking me why i hung up called 11 times in 10 minutes. He left me a voice mail and stated he was tired of talking to my voice mail and that i was going to be going to jail and loosing my job. Something needs to be done this is not right that they are able to harass people this way!

Received a call at my office the Better Business Bureau, very rude currently filing a complaint at this time.

I keep getting a call from this number say they are an attorney and i have charges being filed against me and my social security number. He has a heavy middle eastern accent and says he is Kernal Richards.

This number called me stating they were with the California State Attorney.  I was read off three charges against me and told I had to pay almost $2,500 in an hour or I would be arrested and sent to federal prison for 9 years!  These men had thick middle eastern accents and had all my information.  I had tried to apply for a payday loan and they got all my information from some website.  They had me scared half to death and I didn't understand what I could have done wrong.  I hope there is some way these people get caught.
