who are these people. Has anyone gotten a cll from them. Thick accent. Could barely understand them. They were talking about a lawsuit matter.

same people from number 951-878-5083, "derek brown" from a law office, seems that they are calling from India, thick and heavy accent, also claiming calling from an attorney's office that they there is a law suit against me and my ssn #, i asked the name of the attorney and license number he couldnt respond
i told him that I know that they are a SCAM and i will report the number to the police dpt
he was not able to say a word

This number called me saying they were from an attorneys office crime and civil and that they were gooing to stop my bank transaction s anf ss number for 5 hears I laughed and told him to do what he wantes calles my job and home

This mothe haffer calls me at work and on my phone yelling at me that I should have my attorney call him and all this bull crap about me having a felony. Nice try because I work for an law office and my record is clean. Who ever that person is just got jacked because I know some pretty powerful people. Get ready to go to jail for 25 years mother haffer!

Got called two times at work from this number asking if I had an attorney and telling me I was in trouble with the law and something to do with my SSN. I could barely understand his thick accent and he told me that if I did not call (916)469 8829 Or (916)469-8824 (Brandon Gabriel) within 30 minutes that he would continue to call my work. He failed to give me any information on what it was regarding when I asked and he was extremely rude

Been getting calls from this all morning. Rude AF and won't disclose any information that I need. Claim that I have a legal issue and a file suit has been filed against me. I haven't done anything illegal as far as my conscious self can recognize so don't fall for this crock.

I've gotten two phone calls from Roy Miller with a very thick accent stating I have a lawsuit against me. They refuse to give any information. He transferred me to a "senior attorney" who threatened to call the police and have my [***] dragged behind the bus. After the second call they recited my employers name and job title and said they'd call my job.

These men called my cell from 916-469-8829 saying they were from State Attourneys Generals office. He used the name George Belowski  saying he is taking the case to court in 1 hour on federal bank  fraud, check fraud and another bank fraud said I would do 9 months in prison. He also said I could clear it up if I paid 2497.46 right now. He knew my ss#, what company I work for. Also that he had supina's and a warrant for my arrest if I did not pay right now. I even asked him for a case number he did not have it. I told him no. He had the guts to ask me where I was so he could send  sherriff's to arrest me. He must have thought I was stupid I refused to give it to him.

I want you to call me back, dont disregard this message etcetera,  etcetera. With that on mind I wonder if you happened to provide your personal information to someone,  such as applying for credit, loan, or something,  cus I did apply for a loan at Radioloan.com who on a radio commercial make it sound so easy, even if you have bad credit. After  falling for it and give up al my private information, bank account, SS#, address, job info, Driver License  they
denied me $1000 loan, and almost immediately and for the last 4-5 day I keep getting phone calls from loan companies from all over the the USA.Amog those phone call was this Iindian guy who also call my job, (is that a coincidence,  I don't think so) especially with all this brothers and sisters writing their comments here. I am considering to find this person and sue him in federal court,  if anyone wants to join me in a class action against this subject please write me an email at rholmond@yahoo.com.  we may throughout exchanging discoveries and our own personal experiences have a good cause of action. This person calls says he's a debt collection but can't provide any info

WHO ARE THESES PEOPLE KEEP CALLING WITH THREATS OF A LAW SUIT BUT HAS NO INFO

This number has called me repeatedly. 10 missed calls, no voicemails. It is SO annoying & I hope it stops.

Same as above.  I downloaded the app "Privacy Star" for my droid and it automatically blocks them now. This scam is ancient.

I just had the same phone call. The middle eastern guy named "robin walker" said I needed to call George belowsky right away about a lawsuit. He wanted me to confirm my personal info with him but I told him no. He got upset saying I wasn't taking this seriously. I called the number back and the girl asked for my name and address. I said I just wanted to talk to George belowsky. She then said she couldn't "entertain" my call and hung up on me. They will not stop calling me! This is a bit unsettling.

Today I got a call from that number to saying about a law suit nd that I was in big trouble they called my work den my number den they told me if I wanted to fix the problem
I had to pay 1400 nd I only had an hour so they said go to the bank nd take it out nd I don't wana talk to someone or I will issue a warrant on u so ignored it then got a call from my town sherrif station saying I got a warrant against were u at so I told them I would turn my
Self in so I went nd showed them the number that called me nd they said that they didn't have no warrant nd that they never called

thats the same phone call i recive today from them two numbers asking for the same person he was really rude but i shut his ass up i told him he was going to recive a call from my attorny and he went ballistic sayin my attorny wasnt going to be able to help me jajaja what a dumb [***] brandon grabriel is cause they all sound the same im pretty sure is the same person my attorny said it was a scam fraud to not pay att.. to it

They called me said it was against my ssn then his sr. Attorney told me a company was sueing me and pressing charges, but wasnt telling me THE COMPANY NAME and continued to tell me I would need to pay like 2000 dollars and I could get my family involved to help and asked "do you want to go to jail for this, we can settle this out of court". Scam I believe.

Received a phone call at work. The man with a think Indian accent began by asking for my attorney's information. He said he was calling from the state attorney general's office and that I needed to call 916-469-8829 or 916-259-3085 and ask for George Peloski. This George person said I needed to pay $3,498.46 for federal debt obligations including utilities and other bills. When I asked for paperwork on the debt he said if I wanted paperwork I could get it when the sheriff's office comes to my work to arrest me.
