"Steve Jackson" calls me several times a day at work and on my cell phone. The number on the caller ID is 642-214-9330 but he gives me a 917-284-9293 callback number. Every person that calls me has an India accent, very rude and will not give me any information in what it is that I owe. They know my social and my supervisor's name. I'm not sure what it is about and everytime I ask questions, they either get mad or hang up. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling that it's gotten to the point I take a message for myself. If they were a real debt collector, they would tell/send me what information I ask for and would not threaten me with "God saving me." I have known this for years! lol He has told my co-workers that I will be arrested and have to go to court. Debt collectors do not give this information out to anyone but the person they are calling. How can I get this to stop?

I get the same type of calls only from "Ron Harris".  They repeatedly call my cell phone and my office number and have all my information from a "payday loan" that I had in the past and have paid off.  My attorney has contacted them and said they are to stop harassing me - she said this is a scam and not to send them any money no matter what they say.

I get the same calls, for months now.  It is a total scam and I altered the police when it first happened to me.  Now I just delete their messages and hope they get the hint.  If you know how to make them stop calling I would love to hear about it.  It really scares me.

I've been getting calls from this company for months now trying to get a hold of someone that I know. Now when i called back I was respectful and was trying to get a hold of a supervisor to find out what exactly was going on because i got threatened to have charges brought up against me. BIG PROBLEM WITH THAT ONE. And when i continuously get INTERRUPTED when I'm talking, AND THAN GET HUNG UP ON. NOT ONCE BUT SIX DIFFERENT TIMES. THAN WE HAVE PROBLEMS. You want to continue that. I WILL SEE YOU AND COURT. AND YOUR COMPANY AND EVERYTHING ELSE WILL BE SHUT DOWN AND WILL BE FORKING OUT A LOT OF MONEY TO MANY PEOPLE APPARENTLY. Your running a company. ACT LIKE IT. Because in customer services, HERE'S A HINT, YOU DON'T HANG UP ON THEM, YOU DON'T THREATEN THEM, AND YOU DON'T INTERRUPT THEM WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO ASK YOU QUESTIONS.

Yes someone named "Larry Miller" calls me from this number at work. tells me that i've somehow committed fraud - won't give me specific information and i told them if they know so much to call me at home or write me a letter. they dont seem to know how to contact me there so what kind of real business could they possibly be?  also called a friend.....it is getting out of hand.  how do you make them stop?

they are calling me at work they have my name and ssn they say they are taking me to courthouse in a strong accent.  my boss called and reported them to the fcc and federal trade commission but they still call.

Ive just started receiving calls recently and have never applied for any pay day loans. My is in result of a family member apply for one.  Theyve threatened to throw me and my girlfreind in jail if we didnt tell them how to get ahold of the familly member they were trying to get a contact about.  They also read a affidavit to me which was really bogue.  But my calls have come from two different numbers. They wont tell me what company they work for, they wont tell me what city or state they are from, or who they are trying to collect the debt for.  They just say its for a payday loan that was done over the internet.  Im really getting ticked off and wanna how to make it stop.  Please help, cause threatening to send a lawyer after them doesnt even scare these dirt bags. The first call back number was 1-325-260-0524, and the second call back number was 1-917-284-9293.

Called me on my company cell phone with a heavy accent (perhaps Indian) asking me if I knew a one of my customers and asked how to get a hold of him. I didn't pass along any info. this sounds fraudulent to me!

Just got a call from 914-284-9293 saying they are from ACS have no idea who or what they are, I have no pay day loans or owe anyone, I called back several times and everytime I call back they hang up, then I ask them why they are calling they tell me that they don't have to give me any information, so therfore I told them to stop calling and harrassing me from some bull s ----,. These people are really rude

I got a call from 917-284-9293, a guy named Andrew Nash and his boss is Bryan Taylor. He stated that he is a legal counselor. He is calling to collect a debt I owe to a payday loan company from 2009 in the amount of $450.  He then states that if I don't pay this, there will be charges filed against me. I requested the name of the company and the phone number. He gave me those. When I called the number, he answered and sail legal department.  He got mad when I said that he was the same person, said that if I want to be in jail go ahead and don't call this number anymore. He then hung up the phone.  He also called a friend of mine and told her the same thing.  I looked up the phone number and it is a cell phone number.  Scam!

Got a few messages from someone named Keven Kingsley, again with a strong accent I can barely understand.  I haven't called back.  I think they are asking for someone named florence, but again, I can't understand them.  I've just ignored them.

i got the phone call from back to back this morning and indian accent and trying to get hold of my wife. wont give me any information but all they said was that she owes money to a pay day loan .. what should i do.. how can i stop them.

I keep getting calls from a philip brown from the same number (9172849293). when i call back to tell them to take my name off their list they get an attitude and yell in some foreign language and hang up! I called back and told them again to take my name off their list and that i knew they were a scam and he just hung up as soon as i said that!

I too got this message and they are telling me that I am getting a lawsuit brought against me but cannot give me anyone to talk to - they cussed at me and hung up. Some company called ACS - anyone have any idea who this is?

Come on people, this is obviously a scam so why don't you have some fun with it.  We call back and asked if they will accept livestock as payment for our debt, or do they have lamb curry for takeout or delivery, do they clean turbins with lamb curry stains.  Give them as much [***] as they seem to be giving everyone else, use your imaginations and enjoy your squishies.

I keep getting phone calls from these people for months now!! It is always the same name don't know if it is the same guy or not they all sound the same and I can barely understand him. I get these calls a lot for a short period of time then i don't hear anything from them for a while. They say the name is Robbie Colster or something like that. The number shows up on my cell as 202 540 512 0334 don't know where the hell that is, but the callback number that i am suppose to call is 917-284-9293. I have never spoke to them,  ever,  nor does my voice mail have my name on it so when they leave messages they truly don't know that they are reaching the person the are calling for. I don't have any reason for them to be calling and I don't have a clue as to how to stop it.

These people are rude, and somepme in the Rhode Island filed a complaint and it was on our Local News about people receiving calls from this company and several companies like this. I can't even understand what he is saying on the phone. But our local News indicated do no feed them any information just hang up the phone, because they are just waiting for you to talk back to them so they can be rude and tell you your going to be arreseted.  I told the caller funny how someone calls your phone number about being arrested, they don't understant the laws. Thats not how  the Law works, everyone knows that if your being sued you will received an official document certified in the mail, not a phone call for you to provide your debt/credit card to pay for a bill you paid in full or never had in the beginning, They are running scams all over the state. I hope they get locked up for verbal assault.

Don't even worry about it, they are all a scam and rude at that. They will be caught one day and from what I'm told there are several people receiving these calls and what happens is they keep changing their phone numbers.  ACS International Collection Service, Feds are looking to hunt these people down, They prey on people who are willing to give their credit/debt card numbers out so they can take you money........

Don't sweat it, type in ACS (scam) in google and you will get an eye full......
