this person calls and curses me daily, want credit card number to lower interest

this guy calls and says he is the supervisor of the guy I hung up on from number (972-300-0001).. wants to lower my interest rate on my credit card, but doesn't know the number

These persons speak Urdu and are from either India or Pakistan. These are the worst of the worst who have no moral values and only speak foul language. I think they are calling through internet. If I know there actual phone numbers or names I can take care of legally. But they are just like terrorists who are hidden and use telephone as their weapon.

They are located in Pakistan near border to India when I trace them that what I found through satellite these guys use Skype curse them back

Originally call from a different # trying to get info about my credit card. Asked him to please stop calling & that I didn't have a credit card, hung up on him as he told me to shut up. Then called me back from this # and started yellin at me.  Any one know where or how to turn in this #??

call consumer report number 1 877 382 4357 file a complaint. they will take care of it for you. you need not be involved after filing the complaint. they took care of such numbers successfully in three states...good luck...

Received call wanting to lower interest on credit card. Refused to give info he wanted. Hung up. Received second call saying he was supervisor. Said first guy didn't handle it right. I still would not give him the info he wanted. I hung up. He called back wanted to know why I hung up. I told him I was not interested he got mad and threatened to instead of lower my rate to increase it. I hung up again and called my credit card company.

He called me from another Denver phone number, said he would lower my interest rates, and then I hung up on him when he asked for my account number,  I called him a crook.  Ten he called me back from this number and asked, "What happened?"

A lady with a foreign accent called me to lower my interest rate. She kept trying to get me to tell her my credit card number & even called back when I hung up on her.. She was very persistent and tried to call me again the next day (today).

I recieved a call saying they were Visa and they wanted to help lower my interest rate. The call came through uknown and he asked what kind of cards I had and the balances on them. He then said he would need to know the whole number and expiration date in order to pull up my statement, then he would be able to tell me my payment amount, balance and all that. So I hung up on him. Then I get a call back from 9173330000 3 times, I answered it the third time sounded like I different guy. I didn't say anything I just let him say hello a few times and then hung up on him. Such a scam!

This person called saying they were with Chase bank, Credit Bureau and had all of my credit card information, SS #.

this is a boiler room operation that supposely going to lower the rate on your credit card by using your credit report from Expedian..they want you to give them your SSN to activate it

I decided to play along with this j a c k a s s  - first time he called it was marked "unknown" - unfortunately, that can sometimes be my mom so I answered. I got the same spiel as the previous callers, "lower your interest rate, blah blah" so I decided to play along. The phone # I gave was 877-eat-s h i t. Then when he asked the bank, I said, "Schrujaab bank" - he then proceeded to ask me if I liked to give b***jobs, told me he has a 12 inch C@CK, and he'd pay be $ 2500 to let him have $#X with me. He also told me he has a limo and a lot of money. I told him I don't sleep with dirty smelly Muslims.

got a call last nite. the man i spoke with said someone charged my visa/mastercard 2000.00 in california for electronics and christmas decorations. he wanted my zip and last 4 digits of social, which i gave but then he wanted my credit card # beginning with the number 4. which is a VISA and a Master Card all begin with #  5.  i spoke with a supervisor (jack cooper)   i did not give the card #.....what an [***]. i said.. i will wait for my statement then call my  bank. myself.... .    he  hung up.

These people keep calling! I keep blocking them! Still keep calling with other#s & unknown#s! I can't ecnore unknown#s I have family all over the country! So I went along with their antics today gave them the first & last# & expiration date of my visa card & and right away the call was disconnected as all crooks would do. So just as I planned I would do after the call I called my bank & explained to them & had them send me new cards! Lol (we only have this account for emergencys) so there was no inconvenience. While on the phone I got 5 calls from this # from NY! After hanging up from the bank I answered it was a supervisor saying sorry that I was disconnected from my call from his colleague. I said don't waste your  breath I just got off the phone with my bank, your not affiliated with them the card is canceled. He cursed me like nobody ever has! Said I was a stupid stupid lady and deserved to be robbed of every dollar by American Banks. And what ever the rest of the stuff he was saying as I hung up! The rudest people I have ever had contact with!!!

First call was from unknown number to lower credit card rate, I have no credit card, told them I was not interested and hung up, call came from 917-333-0000, New York and it was same person swearing up a storm because I hung up on him. Something has to be done about these idiots.

I got a call from an unknown number. I have a couple friends that have their caller ID blocked so I picked it up. It was the "lower my intrest" crap. I figured WTF, I have a couple minutes to harass these people. The got on the line and I strung them along for a couple minutes. Then they asked for my CC number. I said, give me a minute to find it. After a minute or 2 he asked if I was still there. I said ya, just a second. This happened a couple times. after the last time he hung up. I kept him on the line for 10 minutes this way.

A minute later he called back from 917-333-0000. He asked what happened. I told him nothing, I was just seeing how long I could keep you on the line for. I don't think he understood so I told him that I kept him on the line for 10 minutes, hopefully that meant that he was not able to harass another couple other people in that amount of time. He hung up for some reason ;)

Whenever I get these calls I save them in my phone under "do not answer" and then assign no ring tone to them. That was I don't even hear them! I have about 50 numbers in there now!
