Getting a Lot of these calls no one there never a message I don't answer anymore.

No answer, no message

Calling asking if I knew somebody and then said okay we will tell the courts to file appropriate paperwork and take you off our list

They ask if I know someone then say they are doing the courts work. When I ask whom they represent they play coy with me:(

A woman asked if I was familiar with Savannah Welch.  (I don't know anyone by that name) She hung up after I told her that.

They call three or more times a day and I finally answered and when I answered they hung up never saying anything. 917-460-3614

They just called me and said that she was from Docu Serve and the courts in my town (which doesn't have a court) has some information about a hearing that I needed to be notified about. She said let me look up the information, while I waited she came back saying she doesn't have the information as it is a legal document and that I needed to call a number, while she was getting ready to give me the number I interrupted her and said what is your name and she said RACHEL SIMMS and I said what is your number and she started to give me the area code then she stopped and said why do need my number because it should be on caller ID, and I said Yes, so what, I want to know who you are because if this is a scam you are going down with them all. She then said I don't need to deal with your attitude, I said "Attitude, I don't need to deal with these [***] SCAMS"!! then she hung up the phone

just received a random call from this number. Called back and was the person who answered called me a [***] and then hung up.

Got a call but didn't answer cause I don't answer numbers that I don't know. 917-460-3614  Not to mention I don't know anyone in NEW York.  Haha

They keep calling me I didn't know who they are I left a voice mail with my name should I be concerned?

Just answered the call from NEW YORK, 917-460-3614.  "Mandy" says she needed to leave a message on behalf of her client but could not tell me who her client is.  She gives me a Case Number and Phone Number.  I ask for her client again and she refuses.  I tell her I will go ahead and report her business "SHoreline Network" and her client to the State Attorney's office because she is harassing me.  She nor her client has any legal stance to sue me for anything in my state.  I am considering a lawsuit--class action lawsuit.

Just got a call. Asking for Malinda Brown. Saying there are some serious fraud charges against her and they need to deliver a message to her. The caller ID had the nameRachel Sims. When asked who Malinda Brown was, she said, Oh if you don't know who she is, then she has to report that to the court and then hung up.

Collection company to put you in jail for money owed but refuses to state what company they represent

Threatening me with jail if i didn't give him my current address at this moment so i can get picked up by a police officer for a crime i committed but refused to tell me what it is about, He would only say i knew what he was talking about. Refused to say who he represents, I advised him to call my Attorney and he stated I can do that once i am in custody.

Constant calls from this unknown company.  No one says anything after constant hello's.  How do I make them STOP calling???  Uugghh

Received a call from "Mandy" at Shoreline Network today, who gave the same old song-and-dance about a court case and a summons and the police would be here in two hours. "Blah, blah, blah." What a load of bull. Would be funny if it wasn't so disgusting to use these kinds of intimidating, lying tactics. Adding this information so others will know this is GARBAGE. This is a COLLECTION AGENCY, people. Apparently, the scumbags have decided threatening, lying and trying to scare people is the right way to do business. Just hang up on them. Real legal departments (police, courts, etc) don't call you randomly and refuse to provide any specific details.

Got a call from this number today - the man said he was a service processer and charges have been filed against me in a civil matter and they are calling to let me know of the court hearing. I asked what court this was filed in and they gave me the name of the city I live in. I asked for a matter number and they gave me the phone number of the "law office" where I could get that information.

I called the number they gave me and it was a collection agency for JC Penney. There is no legal hearing and I have NO account with JC Penney. I also work for a law office and was never concerned that this was a legitimate legal action, but most people might not know that. Service does not happen by phone call and police are not going to call to tell you somebody is going to arrest you.

Bogus Scam trying to get $ & say they do work for courts

We are living here in Gallup, NM. This lady called one night and asked about my husband's ex and i told her that the ex of course is no longer living in the said address.
Yes, she also introduced herself as working with the courts and even wanted to tell me the case number have in connection to my husband's ex
My husband's ex has borrowed money from different loan companies here in Gallup, NM and also in California and perhaps lately in Albuquerque
I wonder now if loan companies are really out to get her
