The message on my voicemail was as follows:

 " You must immediately call us back in regards to the fact that the IRS is suing you."

First of all....the IRS doesn't ask a judge for your money..and second...REALLY??

IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.

IRS is filing lawsuit for tax fraud.called twice with in 30 mins.

Five messages within about two hours were left on my phone.  All said that the IRS was suing me. Called the number. A women with a heavy accent answered the phone.  She passed me on to a man with a very heavy accent.  He said that three certified letters had been sent to my address with no response, so now I am being sued for some $800+ and interest. Once I argued and insisted that another letter be sent, he said it was too late. When I told him to go ahead and file the suit and that I will get my lawyer involved, he hung up.

Called and said they want to file a law suit against my husband lol. Which Im not married lmao. But said I was and its illegal to not take his name. REALLY? UMM NO ITS NOT I stated its NOT THE LAW TO TAKE YOUR MARRIED NAME.  They hung up. Lmao. Called back 3 times. [***]!
