These guys called my job asking for me, saying that I am part of a lawsuit for money laundering... The accusations are bogus! What makes it worse is they spoke with my boss! How did they get my job number? My wife is very upset! How can I stop these calls and report them to the proper authorities?

This man called me satating his name was jake Harper from the legal department stating that I had an out standing payday loan and that I would have to pay then and there or I would be arrested with in a hour which is a load of bs because for one no offensive but if you can not provide me with the information that I was requesting I told him I would not pay so he told me good luck and you will have someone at your door steps shortly when I said ok nand hung up he kept calling and calling so I finally answer and told him he was a scam n I spoke to the FTC ever since than no calls what so ever

this number has called 3 times a day for 2 weeks  today left a 1 min voice just you described Jake harper  ETC...... this is a scam  no such truth in this call.

This number has called my job 1st asking for me and the next time asking for someone else.  The person calling was a Jennifer.  I figured it was bs but thought I'd call back to see what they were trying to pull.  A Jessical answered the phone like she was home...just hello, no business identification or anything.  She said she is calling from the law offices of James W Winslow and I asked where they were from she said New York.  I told someone had called for me and for another person but I couldn't understand the name and she said no that she had called for me and then I told her again that Jennifer called then she said "oh" well that is my assistant (which I doubt, they probably used different names).  I told her I was not aware of any debt then she said she would put their legal assistant on the phone, a male voice then came on the line asking how I was doing but I just told him to just tell me what they were calling about because they were calling a business.  He asked if I remember taking out a payday loan with some company and their accent is so heavy I couldn't understand the name.  I told him no and that he would need to send me some documents (he sounded like he was raising his voice) but I kept talking and told him because I would need to turn them over to our attorney and also that I googled their number and it seems it is coming up as a scam and with many complaints....my phone went silent...they had hung up.  I'm not sure at what point but I'll do the same thing if they call again.
