Guy by the name of Chief Investigator Chris Baker. Called my minor daughter's phone about a bad check. then called my cell today claiming I had until Monday to resolve issue before felony charges are brought against me. I haven't written a check in over ten years. Then I found out there are several people with this same exact experience. These people need to be stopped as I fear there are several older folk who may actually fall for these scams. Oh, and the company he reports to represent is Zenith Financial. Don't fall for these fools. I recommend that you do your homework with a simple google search before making payments to any "debt" collectors so you can be fully informed.

I recieved a call from cheif baker at my job saying he is going to have an arrest warrent sent out if I did not take care of this matter . I asked him what his legal firm was and he said was CCS all a lie. I called him back to confirm his information and he avoided the questions . it is the biggest scam ever and it needs to be stopped !!!

I received the 'hard court press' from Cheif Baker as well and that I had until 3pm to pay or get arrested next week, Chrismtas week.  I immediately called the sherrifs office and a friend of mine who is a state prosecutor.  Unbelievable what he is doing.  And he has a team working with him, Ann Price (Lisa Harrington) same lady.  He also said he fired her but was confused which one.

DO NOT PANIC!  If you receive a call from Cheif Baker, Century Claims Services claiming you made bad checks, call the sherriff's office.  You can also report it to the state.  He has a team working with him, aka Lisa Harrington, Ann Price, etc.  They are the same person.  He will have your family called claiming you are going to jail as well.  It is such a scam.  You may also get a call from one of them claiming to be from 'Legal Mediation' and she is just a 'third party'.  Ask for her legal firms name.  
They will also have several different phone numbers, 601-793-4273, 404-418-8000, 786-231-1193.  

I have reported to the State Prosecutor.

This same group called and and as dumb as I am I gave them at least 4 payments of $166.00.
When I got the call I had just come home from have heart surgery.

well I cancelled my card and today I received a call from Johnson at 11 and then at 4 from chief baker that was pretty threatening. .....my daughter told me to google bakers number as well glad I did.......I panicked big time as baker told me I could spend 3 months to years in jail.....both men also called my work and left messages.
These men need stopped and I plan on notifying my attorney

These people are relentless and don't stop. A month ago I had one of them call me and I just threatened them with the FBI was coming to get them. One guy that called barley spoke English and he told me to F-off when I said that. I think they are idiots but most people are not that smart.
My husband just got two calls today and it's the same number calling his work phone and personal. He has got to be stopped!  When I called the Attorney Generals office they said that the FBI has been following this for a long time. The problem is because they can use online numbers and keep switching them up.

They got me for 215 and I woke up the next day cause it didnt sit well with me. And I google the,number and found out it was a scam. I wish I would have done that first but Mr. Baker said the warrant would be signed by the judgd at the end of the day and I would be picked up and serve 2 years in prison. I cancelled my card and put in a dispute. Hopefully my bank will refund the money. A shame!

Chris Baker got me the same way a one time payment of 215. I cancelled my credit card once my son told me to look into it!

Same guy called me and my husband saying I would be arrested and taken to jail for two years.  Name Chief Baker from CCS.  I googled and realized it was a scam. I will be calling the police and FBI.  I get a call every two months,  I'm recording the phone calls and the numbers.

I got a call last night leaving a message on my machine saying he was getting a felony warrant for my daughter  that wrote a bad check and if I was included in whatever she was doing, I would be going to jail with her for about 2 years.  I called the number back and the answering machine came on saying this was August to leave a message.  I did leave a message saying this was for Chief Investigator Chris Baker and to not call this number again and not to threat me anymore.  I said who do you think you are calling people saying those things.  If there is a warrant out for you the sheriff comes by your house and will serve you with papers.  This is a scam that they are trying to get money.  Please don't listen to him.  I wish he would call me back so I can talk with him in person and tell him what i think of him.

This guy tried to call my wife both at work and at home saying that he would have a warrant but I called the number and filled him in on the laws and then about an hour later another guy called claimed he was a county clerk but couldn't pronounce the name correctly.  These guys are crooks and weak.

Same story for me, Chief Chris Baker called from Century Claims Service threatening to have be arrested within 72 hours if I did not make a 1550.00 payment for supposedly an online payday loan with Fast Cash Now I did not pay back. I called Fast Cash Now and they told me this was fraud and to report it to the police. He was very aggressive and knew my personal information. I will also note that the hold music was the same from the prior company that tried this.  I did report it to the police and they are investigating it.
