I received a call from this number....do not know who it is. Called the number back and got a voicemail system telling hours and days of week and when to call back and thanks u for being a customer...but no company name...suspicious party of one!!

It is Ameriloan. I called them back and the answered and knew my name.

Here's what you do: Report them. Ameriloan is actually Tribal Financial Services DBA Ameriloan of the Miami Nation Enterprises of The Sovereign Miami Tribe of Oklahoma. Report the harassing and fraudulant calls to the Federal Trade Commission (http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/phonefraud/index.shtml) for telephone fraud and harassment.

I receive daily calls at my business from them and they refuse to cease and decist. They also refuse to provide their address and contact information besides the 800 number, or send a letter. The caller usually says, "that's confidential information" or "I can not divulge that information".

I entered all three entities noted below. You can add several businesses to the one complaint and write a description.

I entered the name of the person as "Travis Jones", that's the name I got from a "Supervisor" after I started to hastle the initiall caller.

Also, ask your friends to call those 3 numbers daily and ask for Travis or Dawn. You can also have them call the call back number they give you or the number that shows up on your caller ID.

What are they calling about? Has anyone actually talked to a person?

This number is suspiciously too close to the numbers, which already have been reported.  I get constant calls from Ameriloan.  The govt is worthless to stop it.  It has been going on for two years.  There is some indication that it has to do with the usurper zero=bama.   Somehow this company is connected with one of his give-away programs and it seems to have something to do with American Indians, who are being protected by some inane law. They now have started to call at work - to a a private unpublished govt number.   No matter how much I tell them to stop, they won't.  I hang up on this each time and this time I told them if they keep calling back, I was going to report them.  It is absolutely illegal to call a govt employee at work concerning unsolicted business propositions.  I bet you they call me back.  The good thing is the caller id number that comes back to them is not the real number.   They also call me on my private cell.  They will not take no for any answer.  They often leave a voice mail, asking me to call back an 800 number and the same time the number they are calling from, comes back as unknown, so I cannot trace the number they are calling me fromm which usually is 800-310-2061
