Caller repeatedly calls my place of business and uses foul language.

Appears to be an old man from a Southern US state.

Has been calling my business for about a year now.

Man by the name of Frank Garrett claiming to work for Duncan Construction calls repeatly. He uses profanity, harasses and threatens us in a hillbilly, drunk tone. Talks about my mother, worms, bulldozers, and accuses me of calling him from 3 to 60 times in the timespan of a day to a week. Did research and found that this man lives in Stilwell, Oklahoma. Stilwell is also where this Duncan Construction is located. Upon further reading it looks like Frank has harassed many people, and does not stop until the person changes their phone number

I get about four calls from this number on a daily basis. A man claiming to be Frank Garrett and that he works for and owns Duncan Construction. He uses a long string of profanity and accuses me of calling him even though I have no idea who he is. Extremely strong profanity and language. I have recorded the calls and reported it to the police.

Frank Garret keeps calling telling me my mother has worms crawling out of her privates. He also claims he is the Chief of police of Oklahoma city.

Called me mother telling her she called him and cursing like a mad dog at her his name is Frank garett says he works for Duncan construction my mother is elderly and uses a cane to walk I called the police they told me it was a nuisance not criminal
