Got a call and hang up without a voice speaking.  Lots of noisy conversations in the background.

This number has called and hung up 3 times in the last 4 days on my business line after hours and on weekends, no voicemails. Spam?

This number called me 3 times in 3 days, never left a message.

This number has called my cell phone (used for business) 5 times in the past week - when I've answered a voice asks for me by name, lots of noise - people talking - in the background, and then hangs up.

Caller asked for my wife by name, said she was from the "vehicle department processing" when pressed for details, she had knowledge of the make of car my wife drove, but nothing more.  She finally hung up when I continued to ask questions on what this was about.

This number has called me numerous times in the past week, but when I answer there is literally nobody there.  I have tried calling back and get a message stating that the business is closed but to call back during normal business hours.

Dialect hard to understand. she ask about a car I used to own a if I still did.

FOREIGN ACCENT, TRYING TO SELL EXTENDED WARRANTY ON A CAR WE NO LONGER OWN.

They called me on my cell phone and asked for me by name, then tried to sell me extended auto warranty coverage. I told them to take my name off their list, because I already purchased it from the dealer when I bought the car. I saved the number as Spam, so if they call again, I'll known not to answer. It was a local car..

Made a mistake...it should say "it was a local call and I'll know not to answer" but they sounded foreign.

Call my cell phone, I answered and they hung up. I called back and it said to call during their business hours.

They ask about the mileage of my car and say I can't speak to supervisor rep until I give info so I hung up they are scamming people

Obviously this is someone who harvested the information from some sort of public records and are attempting to sell a scammy extended warranty in the same mold as the trash ones we get in the mail. Said they are from the "Vehicle processing department" and when I asked what company she was with she said it again. Asked for the mileage of my car, I smelled a scam and so hung up. Normally I don't answer calls that are not in my address book but this was a local number - and is the first such scam that came from a local area code. Clever.

Have recieved calls 3-4 times this week.  Business hour msg. only, every time I call back.

Lady called my cell phone (very hard to understand foreign accent) asked for me by  name, said she was calling about my vehicle (which she knew exactly what it was) I currently own and that she was with the processing department.  She was so hard to understand I hung up!  I shouldn't be getting ANY phone calls like this about ANYTHING I OWN!  CREEPERS!!!

call from this number. They left no voicemail. i returned call.  Recording came on stating "This office is currently closed..."

I used to live in Tulsa but do not any longer. I got a call from 918-877-2231 today and could barely understand the person of another ethnicity. He asked me to confirm my name (which he said correctly) and I said No, who is asking? He said something about a company checking up on extended warranties and told me the make and model of my car. He said he needed to get some information from me. I said that I would not give him anything, but if he'd like to give me the company name and website I'd take a look. He literally said a full sentence that I could not understand and then hung up on me. Now that I see all of these comments, I realize I am definitely not the first. Freaking degenerates.
