This is some one obnoxious.  They will not say anything, just silence, they do not hang up.  This is reported to be some kind of scam number.  Report this number.

I signed up for a sweepstakes. These calls are never ending. So, just have fun with them. Push a bunch of buttons. Let your kid talk to them. Talk dirty to them. Tell them what you ate for dinner. Why not? They called me. They might as well have the enjoyment of listening to my TV too.

Gotten probably 7or more calls from this number and when u call it back cant be completed as dialed, tired of getting calls from random numbers and telemarketers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
