call my phone i didnt answer call my job asked for a manager and my work extension call my phone some guy named jason saying some things that i dont even understand so i hang up call again didnt leave a message..have alife.stop harrassing people..

They called me and said they would send an investagtor to my house and they keep calling me at work!

I got these people once by talking with them and demanding information, but they wouldn't release it, and said that they had to talk with my attorney before they could release the info.  I said, you can't even tell me b/c it's about me and they repeated to say they need to talk to my lawyer.  So I said fine and that's good and hung up.  They quit calling me from that number and now they call me from this number.  I don't answer the phone because I know who it is.  These guys are driving me crazy.

UGH!!!!!!!!!!! These idiots called my work and told my supervisor that their name was Officer James Brown from the Federal Grant Dept... (919) 275-3329 Ext 111 and that it was a legal emergency!!!!! I called the number back and asked them to fax or email me the STRONG EVIDENCE they have against me, and was told they couldn't do that... I asked what company made the supposed deposit, and they said they couldn't release that information... so then I said ok.... what day was the money deposited... "Officer" said May 2011.. I told him I didn't ask for the month, I asked WHAT DAY.... and he said it only says May 2011 here... I said ok, then how much was supposedly deposited... he said all he knew was under $500.00!!! The idiots couldn't give me a date nor amount!!!!! Kept threatening me with court and jail... I finally just hung up! Embarrassing to be harassed at work though!!!! HOW DO WE STOP THESE IDIOTS!!!!!!??????????

This people called me yesterday and said I had some charges. Then I kept asking what is this regards Toto a loan. Then they didn't get there stories straight, plus I couldn't under stand the lady. From there it was blown all out of proportion. All of a sudden they brought up 2010, my partner called them today said we are going to have a conference call with the bank, they said if it wasn't deposit than don't worry about it hmmmm made us wonder.

I was called today three time while at work. The lady that called was Tina Walker, but she had a foreign accent. She could barely say Tina! I asked what it was about and she wouldn't say she said I need to talk to the lady that was over my case. She gave me a case number and "transferred" me but no one ever came on the line so I hung up. They called my job again and my boss told them I wasn't there so they told him I needed to call them back asap that it was regarding a lawsuit that was about to be filed against me. He asked her for her company and what the lawsuit was for and they wouldn't tell him anything other than I needed to call them back! I didn't call. This makes the second time someone has called me like this the first time I told them I hadn't been served with a civil suit and that I had bank statements proving I hadn't received any funds and that my lawyer could sit down and talk with them and show them the records. I asked who my lawyer could call to schedule a meeting and they hung up! I am tired of this! Its embarrassing to be harassed by these people at work! HELP!!!

These people keep calling me as well and i do not want them calling my work or my cell phone!!! They call themselves police and say you have committed fraud...They wont even give the company name...

yeah they call all the time its been over the past year get phone calls from all these different people threating and crap let me tell you they can take it and stick it where the sun dont shine cuz its a huge scam i wish someone would find these people they have caused me nothing but grief and they had me so upset at the beginning that i have stomach issues now .... but its a scam they need to read there things right cuz the constitution protects us and they aint from here ...

Called me at work saying a complaint was filed against me. Gave me a case # and was transferred to two different people. Told them I had no idea what they were talking about. I then accused them of scamming for one that the three people I spoke to all had accents. I then told them take me to court and the guy then told me I was in trouble and hung up.

I recieved a call from Officer John Brown, claiming there is legal action againest my SSN . I
called back and said per the FAIR DEBT COLLECTIONS ACT you are required to mail me the original creditiors name and the outstanding balance owed.  I asked him to fax me the information as well . He refused to comply. I asked the name an address of his company he also refused.
I reported him and his phone number to the FED. CONSUMER PROCTECTION AGENCY.
This scum  represented himself as a law enforcement officer (fraud) and refused to identify
his company or the original debtor, and had no documentation. Please
lets nail this SOB and put him in jail or out of business

these people are really something to deal with. They call me with a prank call about some complaint against me and threatening to send detective after me if i don't comply. How bad is that . someone needs to do something about this for real.

i have had several calls form this number saying that they had legal issues towards me about check fraud, they have called my job as well as my cell. Someone needs to do something about these people, they have threatened to send the police department to my job, this is getting out of hand and needs to be stopped, they have called my job with this bs and it is embarrassing!!!!

I received a call from these people today.  Asking me to go the local Sherriff's Department and turn myself in or call Ms. Walker.  A Ms. Jones said that there was a complaint filed against and that she was with the Department of Sherriff's of Texas.  When I called them back a Ms. Walker told me that she was from the Federal Crime's Department of Texas and that King's Finance had filed a complaint against me for an oustanding Payday loan either in November/December of 2010.  I asked for how much and what Payday Loan Company, how much the loan was for, and what day was it deposited.  Told her that I was filing for bankruptcy and she asked for my attorney's information which I glady gave to her.  The gave me a case file # and both of their badges.    When I looked the number up it was a land line in NC.  They were really from Texas!  What do you get to get these people to start.

A woman called my work number and left a message asking me to call Randy Smith at 919-275-3329 ext 924 regarding a complaint made against me.

This is ridiculous!  I’ve been harassed for the past year (not from this number alone) but it sounds like the same deal.  These people are trying to get us to send them money to settle a fabricated debt.   I directly told the man last time that I knew it was fraud, and I wasn’t falling for it and to please go to the next name on the list…. The calls stopped, but now are starting again with this new scenario so stupid!

If you’re getting calls, there is nothing we can do.  We are forever on these ‘scam lists’ as potential suckers, DON’T FALL FOR IT.

I also get calls from the is number.  He identifies himself as officer James Brown and threatens to arrest my husband because he supposedly has a case filed against his SSN.  These people are scammers.  I reported them to my local police department and when the officer called the number they hung up on him.  DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION OR ANY MONEY.  IT IS A SCAM.

THese people are laughable... I was just chilling at work because it's slow before the holidays so I took the time to call back and harrass them several times so that I could waste a little of their time too.  I wish I had a way to trace this call to find out where 9192753329 is coming from... damn shame to work for the phone company and can't get that accomplished  lol

I looked it up on white pages and it is a land line out of New York but that is as far as it goes, doesn't give a name or anything.
