I don't answer suspicious numbers on my caller ID.  Got a call from this number March 10, 2009- "unavailable."

I just got a call on my cellphone from this exact number as well on March 30, 2009.  A quick Google search on the area code tells me that it is from the Raleigh/Durham area.

I got a call from this number also...on March 31, 2009. Probably a scam.

I received a call from this number at 3:30 am on March 31, 2009 on my cell phone.  The recording said that it was a Credit Union (not sure which one because I was half asleep) and that my account was frozen due to suspicious activity.  They wanted me to press 1 - I hung up.

I got the same call as Julie and it kept asking for my credit card number. Weird! I hung up

I just got the call to on my cell.  Some automated voice said that my account had been frozen due to questionable activity.  It mentioned a bank name, First something...  I hung up as I figured my bank wouldn't be calling me with an automated message if this was a fraudulant issue.

Got the call on my cell. Couldn't recognize the bank name. Pressed 1 to continue and gave it a credit card number - 1234567890012345. It then asked to confirm (1) or correct (2) but, it loops since it's no longer listening for touch tones.

They're fishing for credit card #'s. Only the naive would give out a valid credit card to someone they didn't know who had called them.

I got a text message from 307@text.com saying,  "Call 19192770663 Attention Requested".  After reading posts from others regarding this number I erased the message.

Another teacher and I received a text message from this number at exactly the same time.  I checked it out and found it was reported all over the net as a scam.  Calling the number back I was told to "reactivate my card" I had to provide the card number and 3 other pieces of information.  Uh, I don't HAVE a credit card OR a debit card.  (Thank you Dave Ramsey!)  I called our local police to report the number and the dispatcher also received the same text.  If you play with them, something I have done with internet scammers for years now, be VERY careful on using made up numbers for a credit card.  Several years ago I did this once with a bank out f**king America card I had just zeroed out and there was enough useful info' for the bogus card number that they were able to deposit $5,000 onto my card.  If you play with these folks, totally make up the card and give them a totally made up ssn.  Ditto with anything else.  I like using the name, "Yukahn Geoughuk Yoseff".  Pronounce it phonetically and you'll understand the joke.

I received a text msg on my phone from 307@vtext.com to call 1 919 277 0663.  I do not reply to theses types of text or calls an dont understand why I am receiving them.

Just received a text message on my cell from this number saying "Attention requested". . . typed in STOP and reponded, received a post_master@vtext.com saying it was an invalad user address.  Why can't cell companies stop these kind of scams?

From all appearances it is a scam

I just got a text message saying "Call 919-277-0663 Attention Requested" and when I called it they said that my credit card account needed to be re-activated and asked for my credit card number, expiration date, and PIN.  It's a SCAM, Dont call it!!

I just got a message from 307@vtext.com of which that said "call 3132770663: attention requested".   I will be going to the Police Department tomorrow to report it as a SCAM!

I just got the same text in Wyoming as well.

I'm also in Wyoming and JUST got a text from 307@vtext.com that states: [Call (919)277.0663.Attention Requested]. I don't trust this to be anything but a scam.

Wyoming here....both my husband and I got the message too at the same time.  Assumed fraud bur we know people in Raliegh so had to check.  Thanks for everyone putting in a message so we know what is going on.  Funny how it is Wyoming right now!

My wife and I both got this text. She works for our bank so we knew it is spam. Your bank will never ask you to enter this type of personal info and never via text!

Just got a text to call this number 919-277-0663. I began to research it and I believe its a scam.
