I have had many calls from this number.  When I pick up, they hang up.  I don't want any more calls like that.

Claims to be blue cross....had much information incorrect....I tell em N O T H I  N G !!!

This number is an agency that does work for blue cross. They try to sell you on lifestyle changes and other things. I agreed to it once and quickly opted out.....however opting out is easy.

It is not clear to me if they are Bluecross or a Company outside of Bluecross licensed to work under the name.

They're Blue Cross Blue Sheild nurse social workers....they're not selling anyting, they're providing advocacy if you need it. if you don't want them to call you just say so.

Interesting that BCBSMA would be using a Raleigh, North Carolina phone number. I have BCBSMA through my employer and this is the first such call of this type from them. I didn't answer - actually didn't know they were call because wireless phone was on vibrate, LOL - but I do plan to call BCBSMA on Monday to see if this is legitimate and then to opt out.

Sounds like a scam, if they're calling people who aren't BCBSMA customers. You'd think that BCBSMA would have to supply the caller with contact information for its current customers.
