Got a call from this number saying i owe money on a loan but would not tell me any info on the loan.they sounded like they where from india but he had the name john adams

I got this same call, scared the crap out of me until my daughter looked up the number and we saw this, I have not taken out any loans from cashadvance usa how do we stop these people

I got a call from a Sacramento number indicating there was an arrest warrant in my name and if I don't call 919-665-2332 immediately, I would face serious consequences. The caller did not have any accent, but somehow did not sound authentic to me. I called back the Sacramento number, it always goes to a fax and the number 919-665-2332 seems bogus as well. A voicemail greeting plays in the voice of a man with heavy Indian accent. This is a scam, but I don't know who to complain to and get these guys taken care of.
