Relentless and obscene phone calls from this phone number - I am the receptionist at a business and the man calls 20 times a day!

I received a call from this number at my office and my cell. When I confront a Mr. Marc on the phone after establishing this is not a legitimate operation and he is not an officer, he began to use profanity and told me to never call there again. He continued to tell me that he will see me in court and that he needs my attorney's info. I told him I dont even know what court to meet him at and he hung up. LOL. He said he was calling from ACS ( Associated Courthouse Services) I looked them up, and they DO NOT EXIST.

Ok, this guy has seriously been calling my partner's phone repeatedly for the last week threatening us both that we have committed fraud and he is "OFFICER JUSTIN WHITE and OFFICER DEWEY DANIELS" LOL!, and he's calling from ACS to bring a lawsuit against me (us)!! The funniest thing is how angry he got when I couldn't understand his heavy accent and asked to speak to someone who spoke ENGLISH, he proceeded to threaten me some more by saying that I should "not insult him or else!" LMFAO!! Whatever you do, DO NOT verify ANY of your personal info with this guy; he has been trying all week to do just that and so I told him that I will not verify my info and that I'm hanging up and calling the real cops, which we did, as well as the FTC, and we flagged our ss #'s.

This is a identity scam. Police dont call you and tell you your about to go to jail. They come get you. My INDIAN was "NASH BROWN" comissioner nash brown. I am am going to jail just for not telling him anyhting. He refused giving me any name or number for about 15 calls. Please dont give out any personal info to them because they will clean you out.

Yes, it did but I didn't fax any letter. I tried calling them back and got nothing but a recorded voicemail.

Did they sound asian? And was his name justin wright. I had fake cop all me this morning. She didn't even speak english.

I have received several calls from 919-692-6017 for about 2 weeks.  The guy has a thick middle eastern accent and mis-pronounces words.  If he truly represents a law firm, wouldn't they have him speak better over the phone??  He claims to be Officer Mark Thomas with ACS.  He says main counsel is Peter Wolf.  He every time he calls he says he will file court papers against me if I don't call back right away.  If you are being sued, they need to send you the documents in writing.  I won't pick up the phone for this number and after reading stories here, I'm glad I haven't.  His last message told me good luck at the end of it (who does that??).  I did report this to the FTC.  Can you block numbers from calling your cell phone? Is there an easier way to transfer his voicemails to tape or CD since my cell deletes them after 10 days?

Just started calling today.  Hung on me when I questioned him.  Said his name was Officer Steve Brown in his voicemails.  Left number and ext.  I called, went right to voicemail.  Officer Steve Brown called back.  I questions his reason for calling and he said he had to transfer me to his supervisor.  No trans just background noice.  Came back on the line and said he was now Officer Mark Thomas.  Gave me his call back number which was the same as Officer Steve Brown.  I questioned him.  He started to get angry.  Ask me to verify my information.  Every thing he asked I said no to.  Told me not to ask any questions until he was finished verifing my info.  When I keep asking questions he really got mad.  When he asked me if I ived in W  I  I asked him what WI stood for.  He couldn't tell me.  I keep asking and he finally hung up.

This number originates in Oxford North Carolina.  According to the Oxford detectives, they are currently investigating these folks, apparently its against the law to tell someone your a cop when your not lol...As for me, I have just been returning the favor and calling "Steve Young, Mark Thomas, Steven Walsh" and whatever other names they use right back on a ten for one basis, they call me once, i call them 10 times.  Its my feeling that as long as I have their phones tied up, they cant be harassing someone else.

help me to understand how I can flag my ss#. I have made complaint with ftc about acs and steve brown. I told steve brown to serve papers or a warrant on me. Called clerk of court in my county to inquire about if they heard of acs they hadn't heard of acs. I would like to help oxford detectives in catching this guy. I think I might call oxford police now.
