cld my cell, have been getting alot of numbers appearing to be local just in the last few days. I told a bill collector from world financial to quit calling me at work and now my cell phone is being bumbarded with spam calls. i just registered my cell on the do not call list.

Someone keeps calling and will not identify. They also call after I refused some ads from an internet service.  I had advised the first couple of callers that I was on the DoNotCall list and they told me I had
entered my phone number into some pool that allowed them to call.  I told him to remove my number from the list and do not call.  The calls started after that.  When I call back the number is always busy.
