unknow company caaling my daughter. calls continue after I told them to take my number off their list.

The person that they are calling for do not live at this number This has been going on for about four months or more.I just need them to stop calling my house.

These people continue to keep negative information on my credit report inspite of the fact that I have sent them all the necessary fax information they had requested to remove this information from my credit history. This information is incorrect and I do not owe them anything! Someone please tell me how I can get these people to do right and remove incorrect information.

f*** these people, very rude. calling my house. no one here by the name they were asking for. basicly called me a liar. raliegh is not to far for me to drive and settle this in person

I was receiving calls from this number for about 4 months. Finally I called them and explained the person they were asking for no longer lived there and I haven't had a call since.

Keep getting calls from 755-3900.  I have had my cell number for just a few weeks and they keep calling for the previous person who had this cell.....I have asked them several times to remove the number and they keep calling.  As far as I am concerned this is a form of harassment.  
Something needs to be done with the collection agency who keep harassing in innocent people.  When you tell them they have the wrong number…they should STOP CALLING!!!

You know what.....Give me there home number and let me call them ALL HOURS of the DAY and NIGHT and lets see how they like it.

Absolute Collection Svc Inc is who the number is. they called and said they had something important to discuss with me but I sat there for a good 5 minutes with it ringing and then heard someone hang up on the other end! RUDE!

They've been calling me and have now started TEXTING me...really?!?!

I would,t let these people lick the sweat off of my private parts on a 100 degree day if they were laying in the gutter, dying of thirst

On No call list.  They still call.  Cussed them out and they still call.  Got a name for them in the South but too Southern to put it in writing.

Rec'd auto message for unknown person. Called number back explained they were calling a bussiness and removed from list. Apologized for their misttake.

This has been going on for weeks now.  Absolute Collection Services is trying to collect a medical debt that I have already paid IN FULL to the actual creditor.  In fact, they didn't even include the adjustments made by my insurance company, so they were asking for MORE than I owed.  I contacted my creditor and spoke w/ 3 people who SWORE they never reported me bc I was not delinquent.  Now they have it in the Review Dept and I am waiting on a call back.

ACS contacted me again at 8am this morning, this time threateningly. Said they were recording the call in an attempt to collect a debt, and I responded that I was recording the call in an attempt to get them off my tail.  Although the last person said they would never ruin my credit this person said they would. I told them I've already paid in full to who I owed and they said I need to prove it.  Well, I wont receive a receipt for a few weeks, and why should I prove something that was their miscommunication.  They want a copy of my bank statement--ABSOLUTELY NOT. And they claim not to have an email that I can send my receipt to, that I must mail it.  I think not--not wasting the cost of a stamp for something I don't owe since they've already burned at least 40 of my Verizon minutes.   They then said that If I did pay my creditor, then my creditor owes them that money. WHATTT?????  I'm hoping for a resolution today because my acct with the creditor has a 0 balance.  I have no idea how they got my information.  

However, I did report this agency to the FTC, 877-382-4357, and I suggest if you are getting harrassed, please report to the FTC.  They investigate these trends on these sharks and they also said they are NOT supposed to threaten you.  You do have rights--research them.

They also go by the name RCS (Revenue Cycle Specialists or Services or something)

Well, they failed to follow my cease and desist letter, TWICE now and I have a lawsuit against them.  Two times since I have received my certified receipt of letter with proof that I never owed a penny have they harrassed me.  Don't you get $1000 per harassment attempt by law when there is evidence?  I do have an attorney firm on them and I'm going after them for every penny I can get from these rude people.  By the way, the FTC said they no longer go by Absolute Collection Services, as that was put out of business.  They now go by Revenue Cycle Solutions.

I received this message. I know it's about my dad's recent medical bill. Everything has been paid through the types of insurance he has. I don't know why they are calling. I do hope they stop now that I know who/ what the phone call is about so I'm not going to answer the phone.
