Call came in from 9198546543 at my office line while I was in a meeting. Didn't answer. They didn't leave a msg.

I live in san diego; got a call on my cell from this number with no message.

Also got a call from this number - I live in Boston, MA.  It says this number is coming from Raleigh, NC, but is unlisted

This phone number is an outgoing line used by ACS, formerly Buck Consulting. The company is a human resources outsourcing service. The calls you have received are not random, you have an account (probably group insurance or pension, or possibly 401k) with one of the companies that ACS services. The benefits center is trying to reach you about your account. Since this number is an outgoing line only, it is not answered and the recording is general in nature because ACS has many clients, and the system has no way of knowing which client team was trying to reach a specific person. Hope this helps.

rec'd call on my cell but no message. looked the number up on line and found this site and info. no way of getting in touch with the person to see who they are or what they want.

I also received a call from this number yesterday and was not able to answer it.  I'm thinking of blocking this number.  They did not leave a message.

This is a random outbound line Sprint uses to return customer service requests. They left a detailed message.

Received a call from 919-854-6543 & no message was left.  When I called back the answering message indicated it was a "benefit service number" but didn't mention a company name.  I'm thinking they dialed a wrong number since I live in Canada.

Received 2 calls from "benefits service center" about 3 weeks apart.  Each was reported as a "missed call", even though I answered in both instances.  Have no idea what company was calling, or even if I am the right person.

Wife of Deceased is correct.  In my case, it was salaried retirement plan related.  Like so many vendors, they do not have their crap together at all.  Contacting them or getting anything out of them is compounded by communication impediments related in part to the company's incompetence along with all the security measures in place because of the nature of the matter [retirement plan].  It is better to pick this one up than to attempt to contact them back when they do leave you callback information.

this is a manager from Aetna Benefits - They're trying to pay your medical bills but need more info about your claim.

This call came in the middle of the night and said it was Sprint.

I received a call from this number. He asked if this was... and said my name including my middle initial. I told him he was correct. He asked if I had worked for a certain corporation or any of its affiliates. I said no. He said he must have the wrong person, apologized and said good bye. I believe the other posters that say this is a number relating to some kind of retirement benefits.

Called the number back and the man indicated on the voice-mail name was Rob Cruz. IDK what the hell he keeps calling me for. I have cobra insurance via ACS dental and vision but i do not owe any $. Its 53.00 a month. I can def. handle that bringing in 5k! lmbo!

Missed a call today at 9:49am pst. As others have commented that this is possibly related to some type of retirement financing, I did in fact contact my pension provider concerning some tax questions yesterday. If this is the case it was probably asking for a review of the quality of their service as all my questions had already been answered.
