This person was very rude.  Asked for someone who was not available.  I asked who is was and the person (male) practically shouted back asking again if said person was home.  I asked who this was and they asked again.  When I said he wasn't available they just hung up!

920-560-4420 is a call from TruGreen Lawn Care.  Why this number is unlisted is a mystery to me but that is what I got when I called the number back.

because they repeatedly badger you for more services to pile on your bill and then they can trick you into answering your phone if you don't recognize their number...

It WAS Chemlawn.  It was their Neighborhood Marketing Line.  I received a recording telling me if I was calling regarding a flyer on my door, to leave my name, phone number etc.  I did along with the message "if you keep calling me I will not only cancel ALL of my services with Chemlawn, I will also report you to the WI State Attorney's office.". This could be fun

Yep TruGreen salesperson kept trying to call. Almost answered after the 4th time they called in one day. Good thing I found this otherwise I would have been stuck talking to the guy.
