keep receiving calls. Leaves no message

I live in Wisconsin so I assumed this number was legit because it's a Wisconsin area code. Not to mention its a cellular call coming from the same company that i have. Well, apparently no as legit as I thought. They have called a few times and of course do not leave a message. They haven't been as aggressive as the Miami number that calls at least 10 times a day, but they have called at least 3 times.

I have received calls from this number several times, and it's an Appleton number according to reverse lookup. No messages left.

Man asked for my husband.  said he was calling from creative solutions or creative something.  knew it must be a telemarketer who has called before (many times).  told him to hold while i got my husband....and then left him there on the phone for a long long long long time.  listened in a few times, and there were other telemarketers in the background and at one point he said to a female (boss?) that he was fu...ing pissed off.  nice manners.  reporting them.  we are on the do not call list (not that that seems to mean anything anymore).

Believe it is Creative Openings in WI.  Called their office (their telemarketing number of course isn't the office number, but you can find them online easily) and asked to be taken off their telemarketing list.  They said fine, so we will see if any other calls come from them and then will contact better business bureau (they are members) if i have any additional problems.

Same thing as below.  Sounded like the guy was on crack and inappropriate.

Called one time and didn't leave a message. It appears to be a cell phone from the Appleton area.

Got a call from this number...no answer on the other line, and I just hung up. Better not call back!  Be careful of staying on the line too long, as people out there do number spoofing!  They spoof your phone number to look legit, and make a lot of inappropriate phone calls that looks like you're the one calling because it's your number they spoofed. If you don't hear anything on the other line, right away like you would normally, hang up immediately!!

Ok guy's and gals this is what i think is going on.

Twice i have recieved phoney phone calls from people claiming to work for creative solutions saying they have reports that my computer has been spreading malicious software all over the internet. The first time i received a call from them i knew it was fiction because i had just purchased a brand new computer and the anti-virus was up-to-date etc,  when i explained this to the so called person at the end of the line,  he then tried to tell me that anti virus could not detect this software and that i needed to go to their website and download the software from them.  Well i wasn't born yesterday,  i told him i thought he was full of BS and hung up on him.  After that i started recieving phone calls the very next day from (number unknown) with no-one on the other end who speaks.  So i decided to do some research on scams and came across alot of other people who have had similar experiences with these fraudsters and had the anonymous phone calls aswell.  One person said that he suspects these phone calls are actually time released phone calls made from a computer to annoy you for not buying into the scam.  I think he maybe correct.  The second time i recieved a call from "creative solutions" and told him i knew he was running a scam, he hang up on me lol  and then again the very next day the anonymous calls started.  If they continue to happen the next couple of days i will get in touch with my phone provider.  Maybe they have the expertise to track these low lifes down.

This has been happening to me with calls from an area code close to my phone's area code in Oregon. I live across the country now though.
They say they are from Creative Solutions. I've been rude to them a number of times. They hang up but they call back.
They say they are calling about my computer. I ask them to identify what kind of computer I have. They can't and they hang up.
I just got my first anonymous call from them now. Ugh!

I didnt get a call from this number..I actually got a text message that just said..Hey..I didnt reply to it though..Anyone else get a text too?

This number texted me weird messages!! Like "that's the way. Train your young."
