I never answer, and they never leave a message.

This number has called my home 2 times a day for a while a when i did answer the phone they would hang up . Today they finllay were on the other line when I answered and he said his name was dustin and was calling from state farm they refused to remove my number from there list and gave me a attitude  they are scam artists an need to be stopped.

Calls at least once a day to my work #, which is a Skype number, and hang up as soon as I answer with a business greeting.

on my caller id, they come up as JCA.. wtever that is. they call everyday but not as much as at atllanta journal calls me. either way all these constant phonecalls r so annoying.

They call two times a day when I have answered no one their and they have never left a msg.

I just don't understand the purpose of call period.  Is it just to see whether or not I'm home?  They certainly don't want to talk to me.
