I also received a call from this dumbsh*t company. Progressive Insurance.

I have my phone number in the 'do not call list' but apparently they and others are not paying attention to it.

Received call and I picked it up saying they were Progressive insurance and with new govt. program I could save 400 dollars per year on  car insurance. I asked the guy once on the line if he was progressive insurance since I have progressive and he said he is a progressive insurance company and they shop us around 25 plus insurance compainies to get us the lowest rate. CLICK!

This number keeps calling but I will not answer it.  Thank you all for informing me it is Progressive Insurance.  I am on all the 'Do Not Call' registries.  So, I will verify it is Progressive, then report them to the BBB. I believe there are penalties for companies who do not honor the 'Do Not Call' registries.

I got two calls from this outfit.  One on my cell and one on my wife's cell.  I spoke to a "salesman" and when asked about his company or other information, he replied, "Awesome!" and hung up.
I'm reporting them to the Feds for disregarding the No Not Call List.
