same called me and didnt say anything and was disconnected when i called back

I called back and igot a ringtone and an error code 14 so i guess they turned it back on from 5 or more hours ago

These are Very Low Life Scumbags who can not get a Job anywhere because nobody will hire them because they are Mentally Brainless Rejects Committing Federal Wire Fraud,
They are almost always scared to death to Talk (they are listening).  
This is the perfect place to have a little fun and Practice Being a Stand Up Comedian. Who Knows it may turn out to be a great side-job after a little practice  with these  Mentally [***] Rejects.

When you see their telephone number:  925 395 5136  or  877 801 2498  or  800-446-1022 on your caller ID make sure you  ANSWER as  NASTY as you possibly can  with  Sex Comments   etc etc etc etc etc  Sex Comments  etc etc etc. They should answer you Real Quick (they seem to have major sex problems relating to Can Not climax problems), you have the choice to stop talking and  listen to them beg you to talk or you can get some real good person to person comedy job practice.

They will have more outside numbers call you trying to bother you , write these numbers down and after the second call put them on your hit list, you will have good luck:  BE  AS  NASTY AS POSSIBLE .

I back traced the call to 1500 Carmel Dr, Walnut Creek, Ca. Anyone live in the area the\at could check. It is a house surrounded by commercial.

The Owner is listed as:  R & R Ltd, Robert Whitley.  If you input that address into google, it will provideyou with a map and street level view of his house.  He called yesteday at 3:36 so when he calls today, I'll be ready for him.
