received VM from recruiter when I called back an was asked what it is they do I was put on hold.... hung up after a few minutes.

called and left a message saying they had seen my resume on monster.com

received a call from the lady and told that she had my resume on career builder when i asked about the website she gave me some wrong website when I called back an was asked what it is they put me on hold.... hung up after a few minutes.

I rec'd a call on a Saturday from a Mary regarding a job interview. I was caught off guard because it was a weekend. Anyways, I had posted my resume on various internet websites, I agreed and she set me up for an job interview with her boss Doreen at their regional headquarters located at: 4071 Port Chicago Hwy - Suite  200 (second floor)
Concord, CA.  94520. The caller Mary, did sent me an confirmation of the interview about 3pm on that day, and when I goggled the company, all of these scam blogs were posted about the company. In addition, my interview is tomorrow at 10:10am and of course I will not be going. I will be traveling almost two hours for the interview and due to the negative information I've researched, It's really scaring me if I were to go to the interview.

Received voice msg. indicating a Todd was calling from American Income and to call him back at (888) 252-3550 ext. 368. Says he saw my resume on Yahoo. I will not be calling him back.

I too have rec. a call from this number, and American Life had the Same M.O. as the people before me have mentioned.  This group is scam.

I get this call from a Woman named Jeanette, who wants to give me an interview I did not apply for, at strange time 3:25pm.  Then proceeds to tell me how much commism I can make from scaming... I mean selling life insurance to senior citizens.  I do not know how many people will read this but please stay away from this group "American income life insurance"

Received a call 06/25/09 @ 1:35p.m. (PST) from caller ID (925) 566-5765 "Jafoti Foti", which went to my answering machine.  However, the message left was from a "Jennifer" with "American Income" claiming that her "State Director; Mr. Don or John Foti" saw my resume on Monster.com and wanted to schedule an interview with me.  She left different phone number than the caller ID to call back; 888-252-3550 x537.

It all seemed weird because the caller ID wasn't a company name.  When I did an Internet phone look-up I found all the scam comments for both of the phone numbers.  I will be following up with one of our local T.V. Investigative Reporters.

I got the same call from a lady name Jennifer saying the exact samething, also saying that they start off at about 60,000 to 80,000 a year and was shocked to hear this. What a load of crap I thought. Then i google it just to see everyone saying how much of a scam it is, wow, I now know that i'm not going to this interview that was scheduled for wed. I'm soo happy I did my research. Thanks again.

I got a call from a 925-566-5765, a lady named jenette left a message on
my voice mail saying she seen my resume, didn't excactly say which site
she seen my resume, wanted me to call back to setup an interview. So I called
back a different# than the one that was on my called ID. the # was 888-252-3550 x227. A lady answered, I asked for jenette, she transfered me to a voicemail to leave a message. i left the message. then i decided to google the phone# to see who exactly called me, then i see lines of comments about the same experience....I believe it's one of those commission only insurance
firms that wants you to walk the street to make them money. I'm glad I googled the #. I will not be responding back if she calls again. what a waste.

Received a call from Jennifer from American Income. I also let it go to the machine because I didn't recognize the caller or #. She left a msg. saying she saw my resume on a website and was calling to schedule an interview with her state director. Used # 888-252-3550 x.537. I will not be calling back. I also did searching on the phone number and name like others. "Jafoti Foti" came up on caller I.D.

Position was to explain benefits to union workers in my local area. The position starting rate between $60,000 and $80,000 per year.

Received a call from Jennifer from American Income.  She said she saw my resume online and asked if I was still looking for work.  She said her boss had asked her to call me about a position enrolling union workers and that it paid $65,000 to $85,000 per year.  My Caller ID shows the name Jafoti-Foti 925-566-5765.  She wanted to schedule me for an interview 9/24 or Wed/Th of next week.  I said that I needed to check my schedule and wanted a return number.  She gave me a return number of 888-252-3550 ext. 537.  She was not able to provide any information about the position in detail.  She only said that they are located off of Port Chicago Highway in Concord, but are building other offices locally.  After doing a Google search I came across this website.  This company is a definite scam!!

Jafoti Foti just called to cancel an appointment at our home at 5:-5:30p today.Wants to reschedule & gave phone # as 925-826-0350, ext. 219. wants to meet thursday. It doesen"t sound right!  He knows way too much about us.

Thank you all for your comments.  You saved me a great deal of trouble.  I just received a vm from Jeanette at 888-252-3550 x227 (notice different extension). The envelope information says call came from 925-566-5765.  Obviously, thanks to all of you, I won't be wasting my time on this scam.

I've the email numerous time and I decided to look it up and thanks to this website.. coincidentally I had the same phone number to contact 888-252-3550 ext 111 Don Foti. Thank you all for the warnings and concerns. GREAT JOB!!

I recevied a vm from a young lady at X-310 about my resume on Friday. I was going to call back today, but after finding this site, I think I will not respond. I hope this is not a real job offer! :)

Have also received several calls with no messages left. Have seen American Income employment ads on several websites supposedly in my area. I tried looking them up on yellowpages.com to see where they are located & never a listing for them. I also think it is kinda funny that at the end of all the comments that there is a link to get a quote from them & 2 that just say American Family insurance. Didnt click on any do not want to generate even more calls from them.

Just got a call too! After reading those messages won't call back of course.. Crazy and thanks for the internet!!
