Nick Patel is a fraud. Do not pay him anything. He call me at 12:05 9/13 and said I qualified for the Bank of America Modification Program. Nick asked me to pay $637.30 for taxes I owe (?) I gave him my bank info and he said he would call me back when it went through. He called back and said the bank would not allow the payment. He told me to go to Wal-Mart and get a Green Dot Money Coupon for the amount of $637.30 and call him back with the 14 digital number on the back of the coupon.  .. I called Bank of America and reported him to fraud department .. he called me back several times. I ask BofA if I should contact my local P.D. fraud division and they said no and they would follow up on it. I think BofA is just covering their butt. Pass the word on. Tell every one that will listen.

I just received a call from Brad Cooper and he said he worked for Bank of America. This guy sounds just Like Nik Patel. They are both Indians from India. Brad said that we were going in to the Modification program for our mortgage. I've been trying for over 2 years.  Brad Cooper is a fraud! His phone number is (585) 310 3069.

This idiot called and left me a message that said he was calling me DIRECTLY from Citimortgage and it was very important that I call him back before he proceeds with legal action. I would not even bother to call the bank, but I am going to call the Banking Commission. I want to see this jerk get what he deserves!!!

Fraud Alert...

I am receiving phone calls from the same Nick Patel says he is from Wachovia and that I am going to be foreclosed on.  He has called like 4 times and caller id says 800-922-4684 his return number is 940-343-7906.  That are running some sort of scam and it appears they can control phone systems or something.  He is annoying and rude.  I wish I could get my hands on him.  Report anything from him.
