Got a call this morning from 940-432-0033 at 11:23am, recorded message. CID says CMS Services. Googled this and it originated in Denton, Texas. CMS stands for Center for Medicare and Medicade Services.  I didn't answer. I am on DNC and I do not answer calls if I don't recognize the number. It is probably a scam anyway.

I got a call from this number. I answered and it was a prerecorded message about saving interest rates on your credit cards. I waited for a human and told them to take me off the call list and he called me a son of a B#%@ and hung up on me.

I've been getting multiple calls on a daily basis from this number. Today I decided to answer because I was sick of it. A foreigner answered the phone and I told him I don't have any credit cards and figured he had the wrong number. He said "you don't have any cards?" And I said no and he hung up on me. He was rude as hell and I'm sick of this!

Got a call from this number today, I answered only because I was expecting a call from a number that wouldn't be in my phone and thought it was them. I said hello several times, no answer and they hung up.

One of my students mentioned today that he got a call from this number on his phone.  Caller ID said Sri Lanka.  I advised him this was probably some type of fraud and when we Googled the number we saw all kinds of warnings.  Having been the victim of a major identity theft myself, I told him to let his mom know and they might want to change their numbers.
