I received a message from someone calling himself David Justice from the DEA. Needing to ask me question " of a delicate matter about an ongoing investigation", a week ago. I googled his name and this is a scam. Don't return his call. If it's that important they will come to you. This call came frome Aubrey, Texas

I received a call from this number today and I called back they told me it was a open investigation and that my name came up.  When I called back the "DEA agent David Vurgos" said that they had US Marshals 25 mins away and were going to search my home for illegal drugs and if I did not do as they said they were going to take my children away and send me to prison for 30 years.  I had no idea what was going on I asked them what this was about and they said i bought drugs online ( I did not) I was scared!  He then  said if I paid a fine with him now for  $2,500.00 that it would resolve the situation.  That is when I realized it was a scam.  I told him I only had $16.00  in the bank and that is when he hung up.   BE CAREFUL!  I called the Number on the DEA website and reported this....I also called the scammer back and told him I knew it was a scam!

I receive a call from this number today.  I missed the call but he left a voicemail message identifying himself as David Ergos a special agent with the DEA.  He asked i return his call immediately due to an open investigation.  He called me by my first name which kinda ticks me off that he was able to get my information.  I also reported it to the DEA Extortion Scam hotline.
