This number has been calling over the past several days.  What is it?

I believe it's a scam I've been having them call me for the past 3 days and every time I ask for info on the company they won't give any out

I got a call from another number (fairly local) and it said to call this 941 number. This is definitely a scam...

SCAM - They have somehow gotten ahold of my work, personal and family phone numbers. Family I haven't spoken to in over 15 years! When I call the number back I am asked to verify my SSN, I said not until you tell me what this is in regards to, then they say that's not how it works and hang up on me. SCAM! DONT GIVE THESE JERKS ANY INFORMATION.

said its CR Management Company, wouldn't give me any other info. Wanted my social number. Scam caller?

My Call came from 228-641-2978 to call 941-251-8162 which it was all automatize. So I always look to see if its a scam number because people thinks they owe someone money and then they are scammed and then their credit will be compromised because of being scammed!! I am so tired of these people that scams BROKE CITIZENS!

This company somehow received my work number and are even calling my mother who lives in another state. It's a recorded message saying they need my personal statement & they even gave a case #. When I called back they would not tell me who they are & told me that someone received multiple loans in my name online. I know this can't be true bcuz my credit has been terrible for over 15 yrs.

Started a spiel and I hung up.  No repeat calls so far.

Someone calls from a different number but leaves the 941-251-8162 to call back. I do not answer calls from a number I do not know.  However, they have left messages  which I do not return because they say this case number and I owe money!  Very harassing calls too.  They have even called my daughter which does not even have her maiden name anymore and they have called my ex-daughter-in-law that lives across the country!  Do not call them back!  SCAM!  I don't know what can be done about this either, but I'm sick of it!

Constantly get a call telling me to either call or have my legal representative call regarding a legal claim against me.  I never answer but they leave a case number 281005

this number is getting annoying, they are calling work home and family. I do not owe anyone any money that I have not paid back or am paying back.  I never gave anyone my daughters number so I do not even know how they got her number. I have never been associated with her home phone number.

When I called back they identified themselves as Compliant Risk Management.  Call center was loud, seems like many people at that center.  Looking for a person, said I was not that person.  Said they would remove me from their list and not call again.

Felt it was a scam from the get go, so I was prepared to involve federal agencies if pressured.  Would never give this type of caller any personal info, not even my name.  Have no idea how they got my unlisted phone #.  BEWARE!

Regarding a 941-251-8162 and a local NM number 575-468-0375. The calls were from the same company.
my son received the same calls asking for me. I called back and told them I am reporting them to the FTC and FBI. I know my rights and they have violated at least 3. 1. They can not talk to anyone else or leave a message with your social society or birthday information. 2. They can not call about debt that is time-barred.(most states it's between 6-4 years) 3. They must send a verification of debt. Do not ever fall for the scare tactics. If it was real a certify letter would come to your home. They do not call.

They called from 305-902-1548 and the message said for me to call 941-251-8162 to get information pertaining to case that was coming on. I have six loans out that I know I did not apply for. I will never get a payday loan I will just go with out it it I was ever in that situation. I told her to bring it on they have the right one now.

They call us from 262-297-6143 and leave the number 941-251-8162 and a file number and said that I was a respondent to a file they received and then called my boyfriend and said the same thing about him.  I am not calling them back either.  I have read all the reviews and it seems to be a scam.  I am reporting this to my local police station and will not give them any info

This number just called and left a message regarding a claim for a person that must have had my phone number before me. I have had this phone for YEARS. As someone that works in collections myself I discovered that my phone number shows up when they look for the other person and they call me. Federal Laws don't allow them to discuss the matter they are calling about until they are able to verify that they are speaking to the responsible party they are trying to reach. This is probably a collections or subrigation company.

Oftentimes, they are looking for someone completely different and they keep calling you because you haven't told them you are not the right party.

The person who answer the phone said they were a legal service collecting for Alpine Direct Services out of Nevada.  I looked up Alpine Direct Services and they have a cease and desist order against them!  This debt was supposedly in 2010.  I have no idea who Alpine Direct Services is?
