Got call saying file case against me and will sue me when I ask for what no clear answer

SCAM ALERT!
They told me they were going to sue me for taking a payday loan from American Cash. They would not give me any information past this. They also threatened to have me arrested in three days. Then two days, Then tomorrow. When I agreed to cooperate, "Tim Conner" (With a thick Indian accent) Dictated the following letter to me:

Attn Mark Jones:
I (My Name) have good intentions to resolve this matter by paying my outstanding amount of ($) on December 19, 2011. Please accept my payment SIR as it was not my intention to do any fraud with the company (yes, he said DO any fraud).

I was to immediately send a Western Union to the "Head Attn General" or include the following information:

First Middle Last Name
Credit Card Number
Exp
Sec Code

Copy of Photo ID (Front Back)

and fax it to 941-375-0421.

At this point they were to send me "Certificate" saying I had handled the matter.

I forgot the most important part: I called the Attn General's office in Florida and they said it was a big scam. DO NOT PAY THEM

Have gotten many calls from weird numbers lately, including this one. They always threaten to sue me and "wish me goodluck" if I don't call them back. It's a scam, don't even bother wasting your time. If you confront them about it and hang up, the calling starts to get lighter on their part.

They stated that I received a loan from American Cash Loan (Which I did NOT). That they were going to arrest me if I didn't pay 500.00 that day & 400.00 on payday. Then started calling my work. I have no clue how they got my information. BUT ITS FAKE!!!!!! I cancelled my bank account ASAP.

i got the same call and they threaten to have me arrested on friday and that i was going to jail for 30 days and they have all my information and my work and my dob and everything and said they were going to arrest me either at my job or if i was at home and take me to jail for 30days and then take me ro court and that i could explain my reasoning and show proof to the judge and wished me luck and told me i would have to put christmas off with my family till i got out of jail.

Recieved a phone call today from someone with a ridiculous accent and had the nerve to say his
name was Sam Peterson! Really! They have been calling me all week and just left a message! They tell they are going to sue me if I don't come up with some weird [***] amount of money but tomorrow. They also what my credit card info, my signature, and a copy of my ID front and back.

EVERYONE-report them to www.IC3.gov . They are investigating the case. Also, to the one who gave in, hope you didn't give them your bank details or they could clean out your account. You will need to review your bank statement, look for unauthorized transactions and ask the bank to reverse the charges.

You will also need to contact your phone service provider to have the calls blocked. These people can be vicious and call you unrelentingly.

I was called by these people today. They have ALL of my personal information, including where I work and my bank routing numbers, and they said exactly what the people above report.

I took a pay day loan of $500 and didn't pay it back, they are pressing charges, I am going to jail on Friday. When I argued with him about it "James Williams" told me to shut the [***] up and let him talk, called me a [***] (I am a white girl from Houston) and told me that I should tell my family goodbye tonight since I will be in jail for Christmas.

I am reporting it to the above FBI link as we speak.

I just intimidated by TIM CONNER from this group and they threatened to have someone pick me up at my work and keep me in jail. I was so nervous and I’m so happy I didn’t give them  the 960 that they claimed I owed. This all just happened 30 minutes ago -- seems like thy just started doing this.

I had trouble paying back the loan because my bank changed my account information. I want to pay back the debt I owe – thing is, now I can’t find the information of the people I loaned the money from.

I know now not to pay attention to these people but I need to know how I can get the money out to them at the time promised.

After reading this post, I called them back and asked for her fax number and name of company,
She said mark jones law,(or something really close to that) I told her it sounds more like call
Center and I needed fax number. She asked my name and why I needed fax number.
 I explained my husband is police officer and I have filed police report and attorney general
She hung up one me and said my number will be removed...

Tim Conner was chouting at me when I finally asked for a MAILING ADDRESS. He kept insisting that it was irrelevant to the case and because I was asking for such information, he said that he'll be moving forward with Legal Proceedings.

I got a call from this number as well. Some Indian guy claimed his name was Justin Murphy. Told me the same thing, that I owe $300. I asked what for and he would not tell me anything further. I told him I don't owe anyone money and to take me off their call list. He said he won't do it until I pay $300. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!! Do not give them any info. Everything you find for this number says SCAM!

This is SCAM! My friend was dumb enough to fall for it, $700 worth of it.I asked for the following info:
-website
-bar # he pretends to be a lawyer
- email address but his response was I only take payments via fax
Don't fall for this.

Same thing happened to me tonight. Tim Conner calle and said I would have to pay $6K together out of jail by the time all my fees were included.
Told me to Western Union the money to Sherifa Campbell and use the code city as Bradenton, FL. Being scared, I got the money, went to western union to only be told there is no such code city. This threw up a HUGE red flag. I googled the number that had been calling me "(941) 357-7838" and low and behold...I stumble upon this page.
Thank goodness I didnt send the money and was smart enough to google the number. Sounds like these people need to be turned in for fraud. Think I'll get started on that in the morning.

You dialed a 900 #. The scammer was probably hoping you would do that so you'd be charged premium rates.
