949-029-2521 is a "spoofed" number. Computer "fixer" spammer claiming something to do with Microsoft. Asking for computer ID. Definitely not legitimate. I will report to FTC

Got this spam call today because my "computer is generating problems" or something like that --and press One to speak to Microsoft certified engineer.  No!

Got a call from this number say my computer was reporting issues and they were microsoft press 1. Now seems my sons ipad and his laptop are having issues???? Don't know why I hung up.

Called but left no message.. Caller id shows unknown...

Called claiming to be with Microsoft. Caller said my computer was reporting it had problems. Clearly a scam. I didn't give them any info. Caller id shows NAME NOT FOUND.

Got called today but they hung up when I answered. No name on caller ID.

Same as comments from tuner1.  Also,  i do not have a computer but a cell phone.

CALLED BUT LEFT NO MESSAGE  caller id said name not found

Caller called and stated he was from Microsoft based in california and that I was putting out errors from my computer. I could hardly understand his English.

Got a call and mentioned that my computer is sending error messages - played him for a while, chatted about weather and told him that I do not have time to do all he was asking me to do and hung up

A hypocryte and minuplative stalker has been calling me from this phone no.
I am sick and tired of him but scared to take any action against him

It was a recording that said there was something wrong with my computer & press "1" to speak to someone. Nobody in their right mind would do that.

Didn't answer.  Don't care about whatever they're selling.

I get a call from them everyday, maybe twice a day, so on my day off, I answered it.  They said that they were microsoft tech support and that my computer had an error that was being transported to their server.  They kept telling me that they needed me to get on my computer and follow their instructions so it would be fixed.  I acted like I was on my computer and they told me to press alt-controll-down arrow and then choose a specific box.  I then said that I didn't want to do anything and they threatened to trash my computer if I didn't complete the process.  I asked for a manager over and over and she ended up hanging up on me.  Total scam, and I reported them

Calls, leaves no message.

Same thing as mentioned above. The caller's diction was below par to call it "speaking English". If it were Microsoft, it should be more professional than a call center in India.
