I just hit ignore. With the 111 prefix, I doubt it's a valid number anyway. U.S. phone prefixes start at 200 and end at 999.

They called me 12-11-14, 12-12-14 and today 12-15-14.  Selling a low interest mortgage.  I have answered twice and told them I am on the Do Not Call list and requested they put me on their Do Not Call list and that I don't need a mortgage.  They know my name and that I have a mortgage.
