Caller ID shows 949-245-6706 from San Juan Capistrano, Calif: Afro-American male asks, "Is this Mrs.------?" I answer with, "Who is this?" Caller states name, "Steve Clark"...I ask "what company are you calling from?" ..he again states, "This is Steve Clark" and evades the question and then states, "And who are you?"...as if I initiated the call (which I didn't)...I stop the conversation right there...and DO NOT identify myself for this unknown caller..I tell him to stop calling and hang up. I then called the incoming phone# and get a recording that states, "This number is no longer in service"...so freaking frustrating! If I find out who it is I will pursue this as ongoing harassment. This is a scammer trying to get information from people to cheat them...despicable! Trust no one who does business this way! Do not confirm anything with someone who will not give the name of the company they're calling from! Type of call: SCAMMERS!!!!

I got a call from this number and guy said his name was Jeff and wanted to know if I was going to do any home repairs or home projects in the future.  Told him no and asked "Who is this and how did you get my number?" Then he hung up.  I called back the number and get a recording that the number is no longer in service.  Very creepy!
