I called the number back and it is "Local Splash" which is a marketing are of who but... Google, Google Ad Words

This shows up "Out of Area" and they never leave a message.

Lots of internet complaints recorded. If you are on the Do Not Call List, you can register a complaint to the FTC at www.donotcall.gov or call 1-888-382-1222 .

they (female) call and ask for someone by first name, won't say who they are and won't leave a message. they called us at our business.  i thought they were stalking my fiance. hahahah

Local Splash is a Search Engine Optimization Company. They work with Google, Yahoo, Ask.com, MSN and more and more Search engines. I'm so glad I found this company (or they found me) and I'm so glad I took their call. They saved my business from closing in these tough economic times. Did you know that this site could not exist without google ads! Ironic huh? :)
