THIS IS NOT A VERIZON PHONE NUMBER. THE CALLER(S) ARE SCAM ARTISTS. THEY SAY THEY ARE FROM VERIZON, BUT ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. VERIZON IS AWARE OF THESE CROOKS. CALL VERIZON AND HAVE THE NUMBER BLOCKED FROM YOUR CELL PHONE. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO WHATSOEVER. I HOPE THEY ALL ROT IN HELL! I HATE CROOKS!

This sounds like a VERIZON number when you call it- but then it hangs up on you! Verizon needs to change this or make sure that if this is a real number that you actually have it connected to something!

I called verizon to get Land Internet service which the rep didn't know much about land home service and was cut off. Called back and was forward to the Communications Dept which I never got through to.
Then I get a call from Verizon to take a survey which I did. This lady- Melanie  Supervisor @ Verizon calls me back, leaves a message and know who I spoke to and what I was trying to accomplish and I didn't leave a name during the survey. She also totally got that I didn't recognize the number that was calling me and indicated she would try back later to help me with the service that I was looking for. Don't think it was a scam. Seems like this is truly Verizon.
