These people insist on speaking with the person who handles the purchasing of shipping supplies, and if they can't get someone on the phone then change it to the person responsible for purchasing the safety supplies. They become very rude, arrogant, start cursing, belittling, etc. They will call 5-9 times a day and 3-4 days a week. THIS IS HARRASEMENT and they as a company should be shut down. I will continue to complain until they STOP calling for good!!

They call our business as well saying they want to talk to the person in charge of purchasing supplies. They insist on sending out a free cooler to our company and refuse to give out any information about the company! I ask for pricing or mopre information and they repeatedly say "its in the cooler, it will be in the cooler, whats your address". Ridiculous!

Unfortunately, I fell into there scam.  They start off buy telling you, that you get a Stainless Steel cooler with your order.  Then once they reel you in they have rebates where you get 10% of your order total.  What they dont tell you is they start triple charging you. If you tell them you want to return everything and be done they threaten you.  There company is called Industrial Warehouse supplies.

Typical salesman call- time wasting chit chat.  Then says "hay I'm trying to get a hold of the guy back in shipping.  Whats his name again?"  to which I laugh and reply 'there are only 3 of us who work here, so you are talking to the guy'  he laughs hysterically for what seemed like forever (because my name is Paula & I'm the guy).  So when I interrupt his laughter and ask what he is selling, he hangs up.

I wouldn't be surprised if he sends a bunch of junk here and says Paula ordered it.  I guess we will see.

Just got 3 calls from these jokers.  As mentioned above, Rude, Aggressive and clearly nefarious boiler room sales team.
Hang up on the Jerks.
