I get several calls a day from this number, mostly no one is there.

My wife just took a call, and did get someone who asked for her husband, me, but didn't want to leave a message.

The Caller ID shows CTI and 949-752-28877.

This is frustrating. I can't imagine someone who's a business that wouldn't give a message.

Took them at least 30 seconds to speak after I said Hello.  Then he said:  "Is (my husband's name) available."  When I said," No may I help you?" he hung up.  I had a spooky feeling about this one.  Caller ID showed Irvine, CA w/this number.

I keep getting hangups from this number - if I try to call back I get hung up on quickly, or a number auto-dialed in my ear or something.  Trying again it is buzzy for hours.

These idiots call me every weekday afternoon. Have for months. There is never anyone on the other end. Called my phone company to get it blocked and they offered me a package which included phone blocking for 29.95 a month. Guess I will have to just put up with it or pay 360 dollars a year to get rid of it. Ridiculous.

this number can harass people, who can do this legally? over and over again they call looking for someone who does not live here. The only reason i can think  of is that they are trying to use the verizon or phone lines to extract data or info out of innocent or random people. they call for something . it has to be information. i have called the attorney general it does not matter. the only recourse is to recoil. lose the home phone number ect.

I too keep getting calls from this number.  They don't say anything or ask for someone who doesn't live here.  When I told them that there is no one here by this name the man said "oh, what do you think it's just a cursed house or phone number?" and then hung up.  WTH?!?!?  I tried calling back but the number was just busy over and over again.  Ridiculous!

Got a call... didn't want to answer it and no voicemail.  It has to be a leak within some institution or something as I just moved to CA a year ago and barely give my number to others.  This is the fist attempt.  Will see if this continues or else I'll find a way to get it blocked.

I just got a HTC phone w/AT&T recently. No one on end if I pick up. No one on end if I call back (busy), I wonder if this caller is associated with app I've been using that came with the phone. REALLY DON'T LIKE THIS INVASION and will report to AT&T.

Got a call from this number tonight. I said HELLO 4 times. No one on the other end. Seems to be somewhat of a wireless phone issue as this is  my Verizon Wireless cell they are calling. As I kept saying hello, I would check my phone to see if they hung up. No - they were still on the line and not saying anything.

ALL of our phones are on the National Do Not Call List - so unsure how they have gotten my number as I don't give it out - to avoid crap like this.

I will be reporting this to Verizon and also informing them of other cell phones (as per these posts) they are calling.
