Daily calls from this number on my cell phone, it rings 2-3 times and then hangs up.  When I call it back it says to leave a message for the promotions department but then says the mailbox is full.

Called it back as well and got the same thing, "leave a message for the promotions department".

Same here 2-3 times a day, 7 days a week. Now receiving same call also from 949-767-9104. Same voicemail when I call it back.."promotions dept."...mailbox FULL. New number comes in saying "Irvine" (cell phone perhaps). First number comes in saying "Honeywell".

2-3 calls per day.  When I answer, it hangs up.  If I call back it says to leave a message for the promotions dept but the mailbox is full.  Then it says thank you for using TMobile voicemail.  I called TMobile but the number is not a TMobile custmoer

I want to report this to Better Business Bureau, but they wont, because I cant get the street address.  Can anyone help?  They call 2-3 times a day, but the dial tone is all you get when you answer.

It happens to us as well. I left a msg as we are on DNC list. If repeats I'll report it to DNC registry and let them pay fine for all these calls. They even call late at night!

This is the second time I've received a call like this within the last 12 hrs. One yesterday evening and one this morning. Strange and then I can't think of anywhere or anyone I've given my number to that could be doing this.

Just received a phone call from this number and it came up on the caller ID as being from Honeywell. What is strange is that for the past week we had been receiving calls from another number 813-373-7718, and when my husband answered, it was someone supposedly from a house alarm service trying to get us to switch companies. They said our house alarm was manufactured by Honeywell (there are no markings on our alarm to tell us who is the manufacturer), that was who they worked for, and if we wanted to switch, they could have a technician at our house within the hour to perform this service. My husband was suspicious and said no thanks. He then called our alarm company to find out who actually manufactured the alarm, and, guess what, it is not Honeywell. These phone calls were an hour apart from each other, and the 813 number called as late as 9 pm. I don't know what kind of scam this is, but I'm positive it is one. How hard would it be for a "technician" to switch out our current alarm and replace it with another device that looks like a home alarm, but actually isn't being monitored at all. Meanwhile, we have let a stranger in to our home to see what is inside, and whether it is worth it to come back and break in to our home when we think it is being monitored by a new security system, when, in fact, it may not be. The whole thing is too suspicious to me... if you get any phone calls from 813-373-7718 or 949-767-9107 beware! (legitimate telemarketers DO NOT call after 9 pm)

We are getting calls from some very uneducated telemarketers.  "Hi there, we are your security company manufacture".  They will try and trick you to confirm the manufacture and pretend to be calling you to help save you money.  SCAM These guys are giving  Honeywell, GE Services and ADT a bad name.  The numbers are 949-767-9107 813-373-7718 561-277-2193.  SO if you are Honeywell, GE Services, ADT or any other security services company F.ck OFF and stop calling after 9pm.  Pierre in FL 407 (GET THE HIT)    OR how about a knock on your door from the MBI and attorneys with an arrest warrant and  subpoena.  407 will come after you.

ALWAYS file a complaint with the FCC do-not-call registry, EACH TIME they call you.  If the FCC gets tens of thousands of complaints they will do something about these idiots.
