they call themselves "Security One" on my caller ID box. Of course I've never heard of them. They never leave a message, and take a while to human-answer so are probably automated.  The fact they share all but the last digit with other known problem numbers on this website (9104) suggests the same building and possibly the same floor, probably the same "business"

I am against telemarketers as much as the next person but there is a process to stop the calls. I do not answer but I want it to stop is not part of the process.

Ask to be PUT on their DO NO CALL list
End the call.
I live in Missouri and we has a State do not call list. If you get a call you tell them you are on the State's do not call list and they must stop calling. Every time they call after that can earn you $500 a pop. All you do is complain to the Attorney General and they take it from there. The AG of Missouri has collected over $4M so far. That is $1M a year so far. Best part is you don't have to do anything except file the complaint with the AG.
