This is a collection agency.  They called my work phone number and spoke to my manager, saying they needed my address to issue a subpoena.  I called the number back and it was a voice mail for some identifying himself as Greg Wright - legal administrator for a Mills & Associates.

I got a call this morning at my work number and they said something about a deposition????  whatever, they are a scam and until i get something in the mail, i just will ignore them....the caller sounded like she was from India....i'm so tired of these calls.....I will be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commison.

called place of employement and wanted me to call the number above and set up a good time for the subpoena...just got voicemail and still have not received any thing in the mail either
